Baby steps towards a black belt! Children
learn age-appropriate, structured karate drills
that involve punching, kicking, and yelling.
Through the practice of self-defence techniques and games children improve concentration, awareness and assertiveness, and develop quicker reflexes, coordination, flexibility,
strength, and endurance. Focus is placed on
continual self-improvement and fostering children's interest in this ancient Chinese martial
art. Prerequisite: Kiddy Karate: Level 1.
Going solo as they grow! With partial parental involvement through a complete circuit of
exercises and gymnastics equipment, your
child works on developing fundamental
movement skills and coordination. Classes
end with team building or sport development.
Stickers are given out for a job well done!

Sportball: Outdoor Soccer
Get a kick out of Sportball soccer! Children are
introduced to fundamental concepts of game
play and learn how to 'bend it like Beckham' in
a fun, non-competitive environment. Soccer
programs take place outdoor in the field. Note:
Parents/guardians are required to remain
with their children at the field at all times. If
you have more than one child registered at
the same time in a different group, each
child must be supervised by an adult.
