2012-13 Tryouts
I
n their 34th season, the Chicago Luvabulls are synonymous with
talent and beauty, glitter and glitz, as well as hard work, dedication
and commitment.
L
uvabulls…
Perform at all Bulls home games.
Perform for national television audiences.
Lend time and talent at community and charity events.
Perform internationally in such places as Holland, England,
Costa Rica, France, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Italy and China.
Represent the Chicago Bulls at a number of special events,
private and corporate parties, award banquets, charity
events and promotional engagements.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age as
of August 25, 2012
Must be a high school graduate or
have a GED.
Must be employed full time or be
a student with part time employment.
Must reside in the Chicagoland
area and have a reliable means of
transportation.
All rehearsals are mandatory.
There are no minimum or
maximum height or weight
requirements.

We only require that height and weight

Are there any age requirements?

You will be notified by e-mail (please make sure that we have your
most current e-mail address). Or, you will receive a post card in
the mail for acceptance and confirmation (if you mail the

What is the audition process?
AUDITIONS:
Saturday August 25, 2012 at the United
Center, 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago.
Doors open at 8:00am, registration must be
completed by 8:45am
Candidates will free-style dance to music
that we will provide.
Judges will interview candidates in groups
of 20.
Judges will make cuts after each group.
Break for lunch…..30 minutes (bring
lunch/snacks/drinks)
Round 2 will begin after lunch—you will be
taught a routine and will perform
Judges will make the final selection of 30-40
dancers who will move forward to Training
Camp
TRAINING CAMP:
MANDATORY Training Camp on Monday
August 27 at the United Center, Tuesday
August 28, and Wednesday August 29
(place TBD). Training camp is from 6:30pm to 10:00pm each night.
If I am not selected as a training camp candidate, may I call the Bulls or
C.C. Company office to receive my judges’ comments?
No. The judges’ sheets are not kept on file and comments about your
audition are not available.
Can my family watch auditions?
No. Auditions are closed to the public.

The United Center is located one mile west of Chicago's Loop and I-90/94 Kennedy Expressway, and four blocks North of I-290
Eisenhower Expressway at Damen Ave. (Exit 28A).
Directions
From the North:
Take I-90 East to the Madison St. exit and make a right
onto Madison St. The building will then be on your left.
From the South:
Take I-55 North to the Damen/Ashland exit and make a
left, going northbound for approximately 7 minutes. The
building will then be on your right.
From the East:
From the West:
Take I-290 East to the Damen exit. Take Damen Ave.
northbound to Madison St. Make a right onto Madison
and the building will be on your right.
Public Transportation
Take the Orange, Green, Purple, or Brown lines to
Madison. Take Bus 20 west. For Bulls and Blackhawks
games only, Bus 19 takes you there as well.
Take Madison St. West from the Loop.
