No changes will be made to catagories or adding of competitiors after the applications deadline has expired.
Entry fee:
• Sparring: € 20 per competitor.
• Poomse: € 15 for one discipline, € 20 for two or more disciplines.
The entry fee is payable in cash during registration.
There will be a € 10 fee for competitors who do not show up.
Weigh in:
There will be no tolerance at weigh-in. If a competitor doesn’t fit the registered category,
her/his name will be deleted from the draw.

Registration Conditions:
National membership identification card or a passport is a compulsory document for
registration. Competitors must present evidence of a medical check-up no older than six months.
Awards:
DIPLOMAS - Diplomas will be awarded to the first 4 competitors in every category.
MEDALS - One gold, one silver and two bronze medals per category.
Ranking for medals: gold– 7 points; silver– 3 points; bronze – 1 point
Points are not awarded to categories with only one competitor.
TROPHIES - Trophies are awarded to teams for the overall first, second and third place.
Liability:
All competitors take part at their own risk.
The organizer and the TAS assume no responsibility for any damages, injuries or losses.
With sending their application the clubs confirm that they have a parent’s written consent for their players.
On request they have to be able to show this.
Protest:
Coaches have to file a protest no later than 5 minutes upon the end of the fight in question, together with a
written request and a deposit of € 50. All violations of rules and sport ethics will be penalized in accordance
with the TAS Disciplinary Rulebook.
Coaches:
One (1) coach per every five (5) competitors will be allowed entry to the competition area.
Coaches must wear tracksuits and appropriate shoes.

COMPETITION RULES: TAS, ETU, WTF rules.
Equipment:
WTF – recognized PSS + E-helmet and sensor socks will be provided by the organizer for all CADETS, JUNIORS, SENIORS and A class PIONEERS.
Ordinary body protectors, helmet and foot protectors for B class pioneers must be brought
by the competitors.
Groin guard, forearm guard, shin guard, mouthpiece and gloves will be brought by the contestants, which is compulsory.
IVR System: Video replay will be used on all A class competition area’s
Head kicks are not allowed in the B class categories.
B class: competitors with a rank from 8th to 5th gup.
A class: competitors with a minimum rank of 4th gup.

All Poomsae will be drawn by lot for each category out of the corresponding pool of compulsory poomsae.
The drawing of the Poomsae will be performed by the competition board on
Wednesday, 22nd April 2015 and will be announced immediately there after on
www.tas.org.rs and www.tkd-reg.com
On principle all members of a pair/team must be of the appropriate age.

SYSTEM OF COMPETITION “A “- CLASS: Cut off system
1st round preliminary: When 20 or more contestants are participating;
Contestants shall perform the two assigned compulsory Poomsae, and, half of them from each group shall
advance to semi-final based on their points. In preliminary round, each group might be judged by different
group of judges. If the number of contestants is odd, then round the number of contestants to make even,
e.g. If there are 13 contestants in group, then 13 contestants as considered as 14 contestants,
and 7 contestants shall advance to semi-final.
2nd round semi-final: When 9 to 19 contestants are participating;
Competition shall start from semi-final round, Contestants shall perform the two assigned compulsory
Poomsae, and, 8 of them shall be advanced to final based on their points.
3rd round final: When 8 or fewer contestants are participating;
Competition shall start from final round. Two Poomsae in accordance with drawing.
NOTE :
The organiser reserves the right to reduce the number of Poomsae to be performed in the preliminary
and the semi-final round to one (1) form.
Procedure in case of equal score:
In case there is a tied score after the completion of the preliminary round at the last place of the best
50%, respectively on the 8th rank of the semi-final round, the higher points in presentation will be the determining factor for advancement to the next round. If this score is equal as well, all athletes in ques
tion will proceed.
In case there is a tied score after the completion of the final round on the rank 1, 2, or 3, the contestant who is awarded more points in presentation shall be declared the winner. In case the score is still tied, then the one who has higher total points (including highest and lowest points) shall be the winner.
If it’s still tied then a rematch between the contestants in question shall be conducted. The referee will decide on the Poomsae to be performed (in any case one of the compulsory Poomsae).POO
