the Rhône-Alpes area), owned by his family since 1960.
Who founded French Flair?
French Flair was founded by Martin Perino, a wine professional, that inherited
his knowledge from his father,
Pascal Perino. The objective of establishing his company in
Hong-Kong is to legate his father work, passion, respect
and close proximity with wine growers. Martin acquired his
skills and « savoir-faire » as Sommelier and Managing director at L’Hotel des Bains. During the summer 2013 he
created a wine bar in the garden of the Hotel des Bains
with 1200 references and 30 wines by glass.French Flair,

In the past 10 years, L’Hotel des Bains became an inescapable place of the Rhône-Alpes area, in wine and “bistronomie” fields. The clientele is continuously queuing up to
attend wine tasting and other thematic events in the presence of wine-growers. L’Hotel des Bains is regularly recognized and rewarded by the press (ie. La
Presse du vin) and other French professional institutions (ie. Le sénat) for the high quality of its
wine cellar (citation Awards).
French Flair propose you to discover, in Hong-Kong, those promising
wine-growers and established French vineyards …
French Flair is taking a bet on French soils wines and promising wine growers (some with very
small production). Some with whom privileged relationships has been developed. We will also represent majors and established vineyards every amateur would be interested in as well as rare
and uncommon vineyards giving French Flair the honor of representing them (extremely rare allowances). We will take inspiration from L’Hotel des Bains pricing strategy and propose attractive
prices. Our wine selection (mostly previously unseen in Hong-Kong) will delight all kind of taste
and interest connoisseurs and amateurs.
Martin and his team will regularly share their “wine crushes” and will be always happy to share
and discuss about it. Through Thematic events, tastings including Vertical and Horizontal, French
flair will aim to make its customers discover rare gems. Each month, French Flair will propose a
selection of its favorites wines and will develop wine boxes, at affordable prices, to share its
crushes with its privileged clientele.
Attentive to the needs and desires of its diversified clientele, French Flair will also propose its assistance to form or fill in wine cellars with its « savoir-faire » and French touch. We will also advise which bottles you should open or keep patiently.

The vineyard of 6.5 hectares (mostly Pinot noir) of domaine Rémi Jeanniard is located in
Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits over 3 places: Morey-Saint-Denis,

Rémi Jeanniard is the eldest of a family of 8 children. After working for 20 years in his father's
vineyard, he created his own winery in 2004 with the help of his wife. Harvesting is done by
hand and a strict selection is made. The entire harvest is destemmed to produce wines
the more faithful to the soil.

The vineyards of Jean-Marie Chaland (3rd generation of winemakers) extends over 8.2 acres of
Chardonnay divided into three designations: Viré-Clessé, Mâcon and Mâcon-Village. The old

Established in 1975 by Chantal Lescure and her husband , Xavier Machard de Gramont, Domaine Chantal Lescure is a family estate, currently owned by their children : Aymeric et
Thibault Machard de Gramont.
The Domaine Chantal Lescure owns 18 hectares of vineyard, from Chambolle-Musigny on the
Côte de Nuits to Volnay, on the Côte de Beaune.
In1996, death of Chantal Lescure, Aymeric Machard de Gramont decided to manage the Domaine. All the organization and specially the way to work in the vineyard changed. François
Chavériat is hired as maître de chai. The new team work now in the respect of the vine and
look for the best expression of each terroir.
In 2001, Aymeric Machard de Gramont had to move to other responsability. He confided the
Domaine to François Chavériat. Today, the domain is certified BIO.

The Beaumont family first start their wine activites over 7 generations ago. Thierry took over
control in 1991 and created Domaine des Beaumont and started bottling his own production in
1999.
Today, the winery and office are located in Morey-Saint-Denis with vineyard holdings over the
three presitigious communes of Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin and ChambolleMusigny. The viticulture practices are responsible and respectful to the vineyards.
Thierry Beaumont reveals his tolerant and open-minded approach to his work.
His closeness to Nature and to the diversity she offers determine his practice of preserving
natural yeasts in the vinification process. In his view, the use of artificial yeasts would detract
from the diversity of his terroirs and yield a standardised wine.

Le Domaine d’Élise
Established in 1970, the Domaine d’Elise is located just outside the town of Chablis in
the commune of Milly. It was purchased by the current owner Frédéric Prain in 1982.
The domaine’s vineyard is situated directly above the south/southeastern facing Premier Cru Côte de Lechet vineyard. Interestingly, the appellation laws have divided the
vineyard into two equal plots of Chablis Villages and Petit Chablis. M. Prain allows the
must to settle before fermentation (débourbage) which is done in stainless steel lined
cement vats that are temperature controlled. Both wines go through a malolactic fermentation and then are matured on their lees; the Petit Chablis for seven months and
the Chablis for 10 months. M. Prain selects the best vats to bottle under his own label
and sells 50% of his production “en vrac” to negociants. His wine is fined before being
bottled.

Domaine Jean Fournier
When Jean Fournier became winemaker in Marsannay in 1962, he is just 19 years old.
This is the result of a long family history in Marsannay la Côte. Some writings dated
from the reign of Louis XIII attest to the existence of Fournier winemaker. Since 2003,
Jean Fournier has transferred commands to his son Laurent who is part of the new
generation of winemakers in Burgundy. It is a passionate young: he tries, tests much he
experimented organic cultivation, vinification without destemming, minimal use of sulfur, and returns to manual harvesting.

LA BASTIDE SAINT VINCENT is a family property since the late 18th century with a vineyard of 22 hectares highly fragmented which allows the offer of Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Côtes
du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône and local wine. The average age of the vines
is over 40 years so the yields are low, which is favorable to the quality of the wines. Grenache
dominates, supplemented by Mourvèdre and Syrah. Manual harvesting allows a rigorous sorting
of grapes. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed, then vinified traditionally in vats of
glazed concrete.

Christophe Curtat belongs to the category of very talented young winemakers with a rather
atypical background. Considered as a rising star of the Rhone, he proves, since the creation of

The Domaine Gallety is a family estate located in Saint Montan in Ardèche. Alain Gallety and
his son David-Alexandre administer both rigorously the domain, culture and marketing. The
first vintage was only released in 1978. A colossal work of selection of grape varieties and
methods of cultivation and vinification was undertaken, and it has continued until today. This
area has the distinction of having 15 hectares of sloping vineyards, on a hill next to the Rhône
almost in one piece. The grapes are from organic farming and biodynamics. The different varieties are mainly Grenache and Syrah for red wines. The harvest is done manually. They are
sorted and partially destemmed.

Through the presence of its vines since the Gallo-Roman era, its name dragged from the leprous hospital or « gaffet » in the mediaeval epoch, and the owners grand genealogy ; the Malet Roquefort family,
living for 4 centuries in Saint-Emilion, is acknowledged as the most ancient family of the area.
The Castel itself relays, through its architecture, modes and inspirations of numerous generations. It's
in this way that we can see a fifteenth century vaulted kitchen, discover a nineteenth century pigeon
house - become a pool-house at the end of the twentieth century -, and pass through a seventeenth and
eighteenth centuries wing which shelters the reception rooms.
This heredity confers to the Malet Roquefort family a motivating responsibility that the actual owner,
the Count Léo de Malet Roquefort, builds on to renovate of course, but also to perpetuate the traditions which have allowed expanding the fame of Château La Gaffelière all around the world.

Vincenzo Conti, his wife and children settled in the Southwest of France in 1925. In 1956,his s
on, Primo de Conti, takes over the family farm with Michelle, his wife, who is raising a few hor
ses. Belonging to the third generation, John, guided by his passion for the land and Luc, guided by his passion for horses, settled in Ribagnac in the early 80′s. In 1986, the Conti brothers came together to form a common project. They combine their pro
perties, and create the SCEA de Conti, family farm and vineyard, now 52 ha of AOC Bergerac.

This vineyard of 10 hectares is situated in the village of Tallone in the eastern centre of the Corsica island.
Thanks to the passion of the vineyard’s owner, Jean-Françaois Renucci, every thing
in this Domaine is designed made to make a Grand Cru from Corsica, which, since
its first vintage in 2000 has collected awards from France and abroad (“Coup de
Coeur du Guide Hachette”, Gold Medal in Bruxelles, Prix d’Excellence in the
Vinalie).
Vin de Corse (or simply 'Corse') is the generic appellation of Corsica, an island located in the Mediterranean Sea between France and Italy. Although much closer to
the Italian coast – and separated from Sardinia only by the narrow Strait of Bonifacio – the island has been under French rule since 1769.
