Oyster Roast & BarbecuE

Our staff will steam the oysters on site and provide oyster knives, shucking
tables and towels. Our steamed oysters are served with Habañero Hot
Pepper Sauce, cocktail sauce, lemons and saltine crackers. This menu also
includes smoked chicken, pulled pork, Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauces, BBQ
baked beans, cole slaw and sandwich buns. Price does not include the cost
per bushel for oysters.

All box lunches include a cutlery kit, napkin, wetnap, toothpick and a mint.

DELIVERY SERVICE
We set it up, you take care of the rest. Our experienced
caterer will deliver the food to you in ready-to-serve
aluminum pans. All packaging is disposable. There is a flat
fee of $35 for delivery*.
Flour tortillas filled with lettuce, vegetarian beans, cheddar cheese,
red and green peppers and onions. Served in halves with barbecue ranch
dressing.

Don’t want to lift a finger? Let our professional catering staff
do all the work for you. We will set-up, maintain the buffet
line during the designated serving time, and clean up when
it’s over. We will provide serving tables and linens. Food will
be served in metal pans from warmed chafing dishes. There
is an 20% catering fee ($150 minimum) for the full service
option.*
*Additional charges may apply for certain locations and during peak
demand.
