Elliott Aviation has its HQ in Moline IL and earned a strong reputation for
doing the best aircraft paint jobs in the country. Elliott also became the
place to go for panel updates where they teamed with Garmin to install
G1000s in a lot of King Airs. Now Elliott is selling business jets and turboprops along with fixing them.

onstant Aviation at CLE is our preferred MRO. My company operates
a diverse leet and in past years we’ve
patronized a lot of different MROs. For
our Citation X and Beechjet 400A we
had previously used the OEM service
centers. However after many conversations and meetings with Constant we
decided to try their maintenance. We
gave them a shot on a “B” check on
our Beechjet 400A. The work was not
perfect but the issues were corrected
and done in a very professional way.
We were so impressed that we kept going back. Constant Aviation has stood
by us for all of our needs and we’ve
been very pleased with their high level
of service. Our Citation X will be going for a scheduled check next month
and I look forward to it as not only do I
know the aircraft will beneit from this
service but it feels like I’m going back
to see family.

itation Service Center MCO does a
superb job of maintaining our Citation Encore. We only go to Citation
centers with our Encore. Our airplane
has been serviced exclusively at factory-authorized centers since new acquisition. In this way we know the personnel working on our airplane have
the Cessna-sponsored training along
with the correct tools and parts to do
all service work by the book.

Bell Helicopter has its main base at Ft Worth TX and not only builds
helicopters but has the record of winning the Pro Pilot Helicopter Product
Support Survey for the past 21 years. Bell bought Edwards & Associates,
a well-known helo repair station at Pine Flats TN, and does their best to
design great helos and support them with the best in aftersale service.

to ind so I prize Uscan Dir of Mx John
Belonzo who is highly knowledgeable

AOG problems. I highly recommend

Constant Aviation at CLE (Cleveland OH) completed their 30th 96-month
inspection on a Legacy 600 in Aug. Constant can do everything from
inspections to airframe rebuilding on King Airs, Phenom 100/300s,
Legacy 600/650s, Beechjets, Hawkers, Citation Xs and Gulfstreams.
Customer satisfaction is high at Constant based on fine work, adherence to the promised deliveries, fair prices and itemized billing.

and a Gulfstream G150. I’ve been in
the aircraft maintenance business for
over 50 yrs and have been to every
conceivable MRO worldwide. Expertise at Constant goes beyond good
and they always let you know exactly what’s happening throughout the
service process. I think Constant sets
the gold standard for aircraft service.
At Constant they really care about
you and your airplane. A typical major check is highly organized, planned
down to the last ilter, started on time
and often inished earlier than originally speciied.

Capital Aviation at HEF (Manassas VA) is run by Pres Pat Colgan, son of
famed Virginia Senator Charles Colgan who founded Colgan Airways.
Initially concentrating on avionics updates, Capital Aviation has become a
full-service MRO and now works on all manner of business aircraft, both
fixed-wing and helicopters. Capital keeps increasing capabilities and
more recently has added interiors and all manner of airframe repairs.

are a member the Pilatus service center network so they certainly know
the PC12 and can handle whatever
need we might have. Additionally, the
Landmark MRO at SDL is only a short
light across town from our base so
they are incredibly convenient for either scheduled maintenance or a surprise visit. Gene Sorkine is the facility

are our preferred MROs. While we
like factory service at SAV we recently
started using the Gulfstream maintenance center at Brunswick because the
SAV facility often is overcrowded with
lack of hangar space. The BQK center
still has that friendly “mom & pop”

feeling so that you feel at home with
everyone there including the managers,
techs, and customer service reps. Service is great. Prices are fair. I think I’ve
found a new family who can care for
my airplane at Gulfstream BQK.

built the aircraft they’re the experts in
the ield. And while the aircraft is in
the shop we can take advantage of the
time and go to school for training at
FlightSafety.

et Aviation CPS (Cahokia/St Louis
IL) has been our service provider for
various aircraft going back many years
to the time when they were Midcoast
and we lew a Falcon 20F-5. This facility is time-proven for us. They do good
maintenance and repairs in every facet
of aircraft care from cockpits to cabins.
One method I have of judging a maintenance center is to see how clean the
aircraft is of squawks when service is
inished. Jet Aviation CPS almost always clears every squawk off the original list.
