3. DAY, SARAJEVO-SREBERENICA-SARAJEVO
After breakfast we depart to Srebrenica, a full day optional excursion. During the bus trip you will have the
opportunity to enjoy the picturesque landscape of the mountain Romanija. Planned arrival in Srebrenica at the
afternoon. After a short break, we will visit the Memorial Center Potocari. Accompanied by our professional guide,
you will get familiar with the events of July 1995 when more than 8,000 men were killed. The Srebrenica massacre is
considered to be one of the largest massacres in Europe since World War II and one of the most horrific events in
modern European history. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, known as the Hague
Tribunal, inter alia, issued a final judgment in which the Srebrenica massacre qualifies as an act of genocide. After
visiting the memorial center in Potocari, we will have a lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch you will have free time
for photographing. Departure to Sarajevo is planned at the evening. After arriving in Sarajevo free activities are
following. Overnight.
4. DAY, SARAJEVO
After breakfast check-out. Transfer to the airport. End of visit.

About Srebrenica
Not long ago the memorial cemetery was opened in Srebrenica. The memorial centre is a beautiful and touching
place. Life may be returning to normal in Srebrenica, but the women and children who survived will continue to live
their lives without their brothers, fathers, husbands and friends. Despite its tragic past, the beautiful dense forests
that line the hillside or the plethora of bears and wolves that roam the wilderness to the southeast of town are
certainly a site to see. Go to Srebrenica. There are nice places to see in and around Srebrenica. The natural thermal
springs, the stunning pine covered hills, and lovely villages that dot the countryside.
