Auction from Hwy. 20 and Nenzel, NE, take 16F Spur 23.5 miles south & west through the
McKelvie National Forest Camp Grounds on to a single lane blacktop county road to a
Community Ranch sign, then 7 miles west to the Ten Mile Ranch. Auction signs will mark the route.
The Wegner’s have sold their ranch and are relocating to Oregon. The following list of equipment are items they

Attention Buyers: Please bring trailers and all relavent tie down materials to load as much as possible the day of
the sale. Any further arrangements will need to be made with the Sellers or New Owners.
