In the name of the Czech Darts Organization, I'd like to invite all darts players to the Czech
Open 2011.
The event will be held in venue OREA Pyramida Hotel, Bělohorská 24, Praha 6 again. Venue is
situated only 10 minutes walking from Prague Castle. There is special price 49€ per double
room/per night for darters.
We are proud to announce that caller for stage matches will be Russ “The Voice 180” Bray again
and as special guest join us 5 times World Champion Eric Bristow.
Continue your chase for the Winmau World Masters 2012, Lakeside World Professional
Championships 2013 and for Zuiderduin Masters 2012 with your participation in Prague.

RULES
“This is a BDO Invitation Tables event and is open to all players who are eligible to play in the
Winmau World Masters and Lakeside World Professional Championships.”
Youth players (born 4. 11. 1993 or later) can also participate in the Mens/Womens event.

WDF rules apply in singles event
The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule and playing format.
Players will not be called out, please check bracket sheets where and when you have to play
your next game.
Go to the board 5 minutes before game.
When the player is not on board in time, he/she loses the game by rules.
Players not present at the prize award ceremony forfeit the right to receive their trophy and
prize money.
Players are expected to dress appropriately, by means no jeans or denim type trousers on stage.
Smoking, drinking and eating is not permitted in the whole playing area, after second warning
the player will be taken out of the tournament.
Order of throw will be decided by single toss of a coin. The player to start the final leg will be
determined by throwing for the bull.
Every player is allowed to throw 9 practise darts before the start of the game.
All questions concerning score checks have to be made before the player throws again.
The loser writes the next game.

All legs 501 straight start, finish on a double.
All events are run on a knockout basis (Bracket system adopted).

TRANSPORT
The closest airport is Praha – Ruzyně (PRG) with a large number of low-cost flights to whole
Europe.

There is a large number of train connections to all of Europe and direct highway links to the west and
the east.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You need only 30 minutes by public transport to reach the venue from airport. Take BUS 119 to end
station (Dejvická) and switch to tram 36 to station Malovanka, ticket costs 1 €.
You can use trams 22, 36, 57(night) and buses 217, 149, 143 for transport from/to hotel during your
stay.
