Deze woning is ontworpen voor een enkele vluchteling. Het bestaat uit een 3000x3000mm module en een gedeelde ‘Smart Module’. Het is altijd mogelijk om de omvang van de eenheid in het
modulaire systeem te wijzigen.

Deze twee verdiepingen tellende woning bestaat uit aparte slaapkamers, met gedeeld toilet en keuken. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen en is ideaal voor jonge koppels en studenten.

Deze woning is ontwikkeld voor families in verschillende samenstellingen. Bijvoorbeeld twee kleine gezinnen, of één grote familie.
De slaapkamers zijn boven gelegen, terwijl de gemeenschappelijke
woonruimtes op de begane grond zijn gelegen
Het modulaire karakter van de SteigerHuis maakt vele verschillende varianten van gebouwen mogelijk. Gemeenschappelijke ruimten kunnen met dezelfde componenten worden samengesteld als
de woningen.
