All adult supporters will be able to stay where
they are (except for where otherwise stated
in this brochure) and benefit from the much
reduced prices.
CAN WE MOVE INTO THE FAMILY STAND?
CAN I STAY WHERE I AM IN THE FAMILY
STAND OR A ZONE 1 AREA?
All individual adults already in the Family Stand or
a Zone 1 area can either choose to remain where
they are or select a new area of the Stadium.
DO I HAVE PRIORITY TO PURCHASE A SEAT
ELSEWHERE IN THE STADIUM?
• You’ll have first priority on selecting
available seats.
• If you choose to move, then we’ll talk you
through what’s available and help you find
the very seat you’d like to make your own.
WHAT NEXT? If you’re happy where you are
already, just head online or fill the form in and
sign up. If you’d like to move, please get in
touch with our Membership Team.
• Yes, should your family group include an U18.
• The Zone 1 areas outside of the Family
Stand are open to all concessions and those
who accompany them to have a priority
choice on selecting available seats.

WILL WE HAVE TO PAY MORE?
No. For your first year of Membership, no group
in the Family Stand will have to pay more than
you did for your 2015/16 Season Cards. This is
our Family Stand Guarantee.

SENIORS
• You can either stay where you are or choose
to move to a new area of the Stadium.
• If you choose to move, you’ll have a priority
choice on the cheapest zone, where you’ll
be able to take advantage of lower prices.
• You can bring with you any supporter you
come to matches with into the low price Zone
1 - they would also pay that zone’s price.
• All groups must apply together.

CARER-ASSISTED
SUPPORTERS
I’M A CARER-ASSISTED SUPPORTER - WHAT
HAPPENS TO ME?
• You can choose to either remain where you
are or select a new area of the Stadium.
You’ll still be entitled to bring a free carer.
• Carer-assisted concessions have a priority
choice to select available seats in the low
price Zone 1, or seats in the Family Stand
should your group include an U18.
• Carer-assisted supporters in the Family
Stand will be also be eligible for our Family
Stand Guarantee.
• We’re taking steps to improve the safety
and security of carer-assisted supporters
on Matchdays.
WHAT NEXT? If you’re happy where you are
already, just head online or fill the form in and
sign up. To move or to apply as a group, please
get in touch with our Membership Team.
WEST STAND
UPPER TIER
WILL I BE ABLE TO RENEW IN THE WEST
UPPER TIER?
• Should we be promoted to the Premier
League, you’ll be able to remain in the West
Upper tier.
• In the event of promotion, part of this Upper
tier will be open. The remainder will be
made available for Matchday ticket sales, as
and when it is needed.
• If you already have a seat in this open area,
you’ll be able to renew and stay exactly
where you are.
• If your West Upper seat is outside of this
area, you’ll be invited to select one from
those available for Memberships.
IF WE’RE NOT PROMOTED, WHAT WILL
BECOME OF THE WEST UPPER TIER?
• Once the lower bowl reaches capacity, we
would open the West Stand Upper tier for
Matchday ticket sales only. This would allow
the club the flexibility to open this section
as required.
• The club will be trialling the possibility
of housing away supporters in the Upper
tier, although this would be subject to
discussions with our local Police and
SAG (Safety Advisory Group).
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
• We have worked hard over the past few
years to try and improve the atmosphere
within the KC Stadium on Matchdays and
we believe that filling the lower bowl will
help us to achieve this goal. It will help to
cut out the gaps that currently appear and
create an impressive atmosphere which can
become our twelfth man.
WHAT NEXT? When the season ends on May
7th, you’ll be able to either renew your seat or
select an available one - our Membership Team
are on hand to assist you.

MEMBERSHIP
WILL I HAVE TO PAY A JOINING FEE?
• A joining fee may apply to members who
sign up after 9th June.
• There will be no joining fee for supporters
who sign up to Membership before this date.
• There is no joining fee for Match By Match
Members.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
• You can cancel your Membership at any
time, provided it is more than two months
after your first payment.
• If you’d like to cancel your Membership,
just notify us and we’ll stop the payments,
provided you let us know with two months
notice as per terms and conditions.
• If you wish to restart your Membership after
having cancelled it, you will not be able to
guarantee sitting in the same position, and a
joining fee will be required.
WILL I NEED TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP
EACH YEAR?
• Memberships are on a rolling basis, and as
such you won’t need to do anything in order
to renew yours for another campaign.
• Memberships will automatically continue
unless you tell us that you’d like to cancel
your subscription within the specified
notice period.
CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING
A CAMPAIGN?
• Yes, you can upgrade your Membership at
any time during a campaign, just let us know
and we’ll make the change.
• We’ll issue you with your new upgraded
Membership card once you tell us you want
to upgrade.
DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY DURING THE
OFF-SEASON?
• Unlike a season card, your Membership
lasts all-year round.
• Monthly payments are still made during the
off-season, with your Membership being on
a rolling basis.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR HOME PLUS?
• Home Plus is currently unavailable.
• There will be no additional fee for signing up
to Home Plus.
• Full details on the benefits and rewards of
Home Plus are still to be confirmed.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE MATCH TICKETS
WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
• Match By Match Members have first priority
on purchasing Matchday tickets.
• Any remaining tickets after the Match By
Match Members’ sale will be made available
on general sale, depending on availability.
AS A HOME MEMBER, WILL I HAVE PRIORITY ON
AWAY AND CUP TICKETS?
Yes, Home & Home Plus Members will still have
the same priority over away and cup tickets as
they would have had with a season card.
HOW DO LOYALTY POINTS WORK?
• You’ll be able to collect loyalty points on
attendance to any of our games, whether they
be home, away, in the league or a cup tie.
We’ll also give you loyalty points back
for any retail or concourse purchases
you make.
• You can keep a watchful eye on how many
points you’ve collected with your monthly
email update, with a number of further
benefits being made available to
supporters at the start of the next
campaign, based on the number of
loyalty points you’ve accumulated.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MY FAMILY’S
MEMBERSHIP?
All families or groups must apply together.
To do so, please get in touch with our
Membership Team.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
• All Members will pay for their Membership
via monthly direct debit.
• Payments will start from early July.
