PERKHIDMATAN PATOLOGI KIMIA
PENGENALAN
Unit Patologi Kimia menawarkan perkhidmatan analisa spesimen dan konsultasi keputusan
untuk tujuan membantu perawatan pesakit di Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru. Unit ini juga
menjadi makmal rujukan bagi ujian-ujian khas tertentu untuk seluruh Negeri Johor.

SKOP PERKHIDMATAN
Perkhidmatan Patologi Kimia meliputi analisa dan interpretasi perubahan biokimia dalam darah
dan cecair badan untuk tujuan penyaringan, diagnosa dan pemantauan penyakit. Perkhidmatan
dibahagikan kepada beberapa seksyen iaitu: main chemistry, immunoassay, special protein, diabetic
tests, urine and body fluids, miscellaneous tests dan seksyen dadah. Unit ini juga mengendalikan
pemprosesan dan penghantaran spesimen bagi ujian biokimia ke makmal-makmal rujukan sekiranya
ujian tidak ditawarkan di sini.
