Welcome
By becoming part of the VCNB financial family, you are opening yourself up to a
wide variety of new product offerings, technology and social experiences. We offer
mobile banking, mobile deposit, person-to-person payment service, best-in-class bill
pay and much, much more. We also like to have a social link to our customers and
we do this by utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn and even our own VCNB Blog. Through
our social channels we have an open dialogue with our customers, host contests,
post pictures and provide information about our community involvement. To find
us on Facebook, search VCNB.
Dear Loyal Customer,
Welcome to the VCNB Financial Family! As you know Citizens Bank of Ashville is
in the process of becoming a part of Vinton County National Bank. By adding the
four Citizens Bank locations to our market area, we will now have 17 banking center
locations in Southeastern and Central Ohio to serve your banking needs.
You are important to us, and getting timely information to you is key to a smooth
transition. Therefore, we have created a Citizens Bank of Ashville page through our
website. On this page, you will find a wide variety of information pertaining to you,
our new customer. You will find links to our LinkedIn page, Blog and Facebook
Page, as well as an updated timeline, important information and special messages.
Please periodically check back to the page for updates. You can access this page by
visiting www.vintoncountybank.com/cba.
Vinton County National Bank is a community bank, focused on our customers and
on the communities in which we serve. We don’t just say local, we live it! Our bank
is committed to providing financial literacy education, volunteer hours and funding
to support local events and causes.
Over the upcoming weeks, we will be mailing you more detailed information
regarding your accounts with Citizens Bank of Ashville and the transition to VCNB
accounts. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly
at 800.542.5004 or chat with us online at www.vintoncountybank.com.
As we have mentioned, we are community minded, therefore, our banking center
names reflect that of their individual communities. You will begin to see the
shift from Citizens Bank of Ashville to the new banking center names. The three
Pickaway County offices, Ashville, Circleville and Commercial Point, will be
identified as Pickaway County Banking Center. The Grove City location will be
identified as Franklin County Banking Center.
We look forward to having you as a member of our family.
Citizens Bank of Ashville Customers
In addition to strong community support, we understand the importance of
employing outstanding individuals to support you in your banking needs. You will
see most of the same friendly faces you are used to, as we know how valuable and
important the staff is to you. Our style of banking is similar to what you have gotten
used to with your hometown bank. We offer local decisions and local support.
Sincerely,
Ronald B. Collins
