Praj has supplied 35 m /day cereal based Extra Neutral Alcohol
Plant (ENA) to PHP. The Plant has been operating successfully.
PHP specialized in producing Raw Alcohol (made of molasses or
maize / corn or grains).
Destilerias Unidas, Peru (makers of Ron Cartavio brand of Rum)
Destilerias Unidas (DU) is the largest distillery in Peru. DU produces
industrial and beverage alcohol for the domestic and export market.
Using molasses as the raw ingredient and a continuous
fermentation process, DU produces beverage alcohol in a John Dore
pot still and a continuous still.
Praj has provided design, engineering and supply of equipment for
Fermentation plant having a capacity of 25 m3/day for Destilerias
Unidas.
West Indies Rum, Barbados (makers of Cockspur, Malibu, Gilbeys
and Popov)
Praj had supplied 45 m3/day Fermentation plant including design,
engineering & supply of equipment for West Indies Rum.
Since their inception, the West Indies Rum Distillery has established
many markets for its rums worldwide and now boasts an impressive
presence in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and USA. Their
long-standing impact on these markets is due to the highly
successful brands of Malibu Rum and Cockspur Rum.
Demerera Distillers Ltd, Guyana

Emperador Distillers had contracted Praj to
install 200 m3/day molasses based Extra
Neutral Alcohol Plant.
Emperador is one of the largest producers
of alcoholic beverages in Philippines. Praj
is implementing the main process block on
an EPC basic. The company offers brandy
under the Emperador Brandy, Generoso
Brandy and Emperador Light brand names.
It also provides flavored Vodka, Gin, and
Tequila. The company is based in Makati
City, the Philippines. Emperador Inc. is a
subsidiary of Alliance Global Group, Inc.
Ginebra San Miguel Inc (GSMI),
Philippines
Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI) is the
producer of largest selling Ginebra San
Miguel Gin. With the support of its parent
company - San Miguel Corporation, Ginebra
is diversified beverage company in the
Asian region. Till date, Praj has supplied
four plants to produce Extra Neutral
Alcohol having capacity of 75 m3/day each.
Praj has provided design, engineering and
supply of equipment.

Praj had supplied coffey stills with a capacity of 35 m /day to
Demerara Distillers. Praj has also supplies 55 m3/day multi pressure
distillation plant to Demerara Distillers. This plant has flexibility to
produce extra neutral alcohol as well as Light Rum Spirit. Demerara
Distillers is famous for its Rum heritage and has comprehensive
range of over 20 distinct varieties of Rum.

Thai Alcohol Public Co. Ltd., Thailand
Praj had supplied 220 m3/day molasses based Extra Neutral
Alcohol plant to Thai Alcohol. The plant is on stream since
2005.
Thai Alcohol Public Company Limited produces ethyl
alcohol in Bangkok, Thailand. It offers industrial alcohol,
ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetic acid. It also exports ethyl
alcohol to cosmetic, food, and medical industries in Japan.
Malt Spirit Plants
Absolute Chemicals, Inc., Philippines
Praj has supplied 100 m3/day Fermented Wash to Extra
Neutral Alcohol plant to Absolute Chemicals. The plant is
on stream since 2010.
The company is engaged in manufacturing, distilling,
importing, exporting, buying, selling or otherwise deal in
chemicals including alcohol and molasses. Absolute
Distillers, Inc., formerly known as Absolute Chemicals Inc.
Praj offers malt spirit plants including technology,
plant & equipment and water & wastewater treatment
solutions, on end-to-end basis.

United Spirits Limited, USL is the largest spirits company in the
world by volume. An enviable portfolio of alcoholic beverages
makes USL one of the most popular brands in the world. The
company has 21 'millionaire' brands (selling more than a
million cases a year) in its portfolio and enjoys a strong 59%
market share for its first line brands in India. Premium brands
like Whyte & Mackay and Bouvet Ladubay are 100%
subsidiaries of USL). Till date, Praj has supplied 23 plants to
USL for producing potable spirit from molasses as well as
grains with capacities ranging from 15mm3/day to 160 m3/day.
The quality of Malt Spirit is ensured through proper
hygienic equipment and piping, especially in
mashing and fermentation sections. To maintain the
congener profile during distillation, PRAJ has
designed a special Pot Distillation which is
constructed in DOW Copper. Praj has supplied two
Malt Spirit Plants with capacities of 6 m3/day and
10 m3/day.

Radico Khaitan Limited, India
Radico is the second largest producer in India for alcoholic
beverage production. The Company had 32 bottling units
across the country, with total production capacity of 151
million liters per annum of Extra Neutral Alcohol.
For Radico, Praj has supplied 8 plants for producing potable
spirit from molasses as well as from grains with capacities
ranging from 30 m3/day to 120 m3/day.
Pernod Ricard, India
Pernod Ricard is famous for wines and spirits (brands
include Absolute Vodka, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute,
Ballantine's, etc.). Pernod Ricard has grown both,
organically and through acquisitions.
Praj has installed two units acquired by Pernod Ricard in
India having capacities of 16 m3 and 25 m3 respectively.
Praj has installed these units on turnkey basis including
liquefaction, fermentation and Wash to Distillation to
produce Extra Neutral Alcohol for alcoholic beverages.
