Cooking with a Chef!
You can learn to cook a whole leg of glazed ham, tantalisingly flavoured
a lesson in cooking simple, with oranges and spices, or if you prefer steamed fish with an olive
tapenade, or chicken with almond meal slipped under its skin. Lamb with
honest food.

Learn how to prepare

meals or alternatively the class can be organised around:

• a dish - creamed soups, sauces, floating islands (savoury and sweet),

The chef also proposes a special foie gras class where you’ll learn how
to prepare foie gras with different sauces which are easy to reproduce
in your own kitchen - Foie gras terrine with parmesan; Foie gras cooked
with an alcohol of your choice; Roast quails with a foie gras sauce...
Afterwards it’s the moment to enjoy the fruits of your labours dining
either outside in the garden or in ‘the Ecuries’ dining hall, we add a bottle
of wine from the terroir, Costieres de Nîmes to compliment the meal!

2 persons minimum are necessary to hold a class:

90 euros/person which includes the dinner which you have prepared plus appointment
the prices and conditions
drinks (wine, coffee).
The price decreases as of 4 participants being:
65 euros/person. For 10 persons 45 euros/person.
The foie gras class:
120 euros/person or 100 euros/person as of 6 persons, 80 euros/ person
as of 10 persons.
