fiscal year 2013 annual report
FISCAL YEAR 2013 ANNUAL REPORT Dear Friends, Throughout our 28 years of service, we have journeyed together on a path to break the cycle of homelessness for women. In fiscal year 2013, we took another step forward on that path with the formalization of our Community-Based Housing and Services. Community-Based Housing and Services consists of Alumnae Services and Community-Based Housing Units. Community-Based Housing Units are apartments in the community that are owned and managed by partner landlords. Through established partnerships, these units come with housing subsidies and a case manager that allow women to move into permanent supportive housing. Alumnae Services is the continuation of case management services available to former Deborah’s Place residents who have moved on from Deborah’s Place into independent housing in the community. Alumnae Services is designed to help women maintain their housing stability. We are excited about this program expansion as it aligns with our 2013-2017 Strategic Plan priorities of 352 OUR IMPACTS In Fiscal Year 2013 Housing Stability 31 Thank you for your support in helping women find a path out of homelessness.
