Bio
Tsi-tsi-ki Felix is an Emmy award winning television and radio personality. She was born in Michoacan,
Mexico, and moved to the United States at the age of 15. Before representing the Latino Chicago
community on the big screen, she worked in various radio stations in news production, as a reporter and
as a midday anchor on La Tremenda 560 AM. In 2001, she joined Telemundo as a freelance reporter
where her professionalism and commitment earned her the solo anchor position in the evening newscast
in 2008.
Tsi-tsi-ki‘s fearless pursuit of truth and honesty in reporting, and her ability to create an intimate
relationship with her audience led her to receive awards such as the “Community Service Award” for her
coverage of immigration raids and pro-immigrant efforts in Chicago, the “Best Spanish News Presentation
in Radio”, “Best Foreign Newscast in the Midwest”, and the “Enterprising Women of the Year Award”.
Her daily show on Univision America- Chicago “Al Aire con Tsi-tsi-ki” offers news and information from
experts on subjects including health, immigration, family, education, parenting, safety, technology,
nutrition, entertainment, lifestyle and relationships.
