Les Dames d’Escoffier Chicago Chapter presents an extraordinary guided tasting that
pairs six artisanal International beers with hand-crafted, Wisconsin-made cheeses.
Two experts will lead this sit-down tasting and discuss each of the pairings. They are
Anthony Norkus of Louis Glunz Beers and Sara Hill, culinary manager for Cheese
Education with the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
