Peace, love, and rock… what better location for your wedding than the hotel’s
Woodstock Lawn, named for the iconic 1969 outdoor music festival. The
expansive oval-shaped lawn features beautiful landscaping and lighting. With the
stunning architecture of the Hard Rock Hotel® as the backdrop, this palm treelined lawn is the ideal setting for outdoor ceremonies of up to 150 guests.

All eyes will be upon you as you host your ceremony in front of the Hard Rock
Hotel’s signature Guitar Fountain. Situated atop the huge, stately lawn at the
hotel entrance, there’s no more dramatic backdrop for your wedding than the 39
swirling guitars enveloped by a shimmering cascade of sparkling water. It’s truly
a one-of-a-kind wedding experience. This location is suitable for ceremonies of
up to 150 people.
Ceremony Rehearsal Space and Bridal Party Changing Room are based upon availability. Ceremony
fee is subject to 6.5% sales tax. *Prices and available options subject to change.
Signature Weddings require a minimum of 50 people, if your wedding will be under 50 people, we

Organizing your rehearsal dinner can be one of the most important things on your "to do" list. Your
dinner can set the tone for your entire weekend’s festivities, as well as serve as a memorable event
bringing together your closest family and friends. Gather your closest family and friends together for
a private banquet event in one of our indoor spaces, or take advantage of one of our scenic outdoor
settings (ask your catering manager for menus).
Choose from one of the two incredible on-site restaurants, Universal Orlando’s other on-site hotels
or one of the unique venues of Universal CityWalk®. From an informal get-together to an elegant
dining experience, choose from a wide range of settings to create an unforgettable rehearsal dinner
for your guests.
The Kitchen - This hip, casual eatery features an eclectic décor highlighted by food-related album
covers and rock memorabilia; while the unique menu offers American comfort food with a tinge of

contemporary vibe and 14-foot ceilings add excitement to the eclectic mix of
rock music and memorabilia throughout the hotel.

This unique octagon-shaped room on the hotel’s garden level offers a secluded
setting where your guests can enjoy an intimate gathering amid the excitement
of the Hard Rock Hotel®. Offering seating for up to 60 guests, this space also
features an outdoor seating area where your guests can mingle and relax.

ROOM RATES
Your guests will receive a discounted room rate, plus we will
create a Personalized Reservation Webpage for them to
make convenient online reservations. Minimum of 10 guest
rooms, on any one night, are required to secure a block of rooms
held at a discounted rates. Rates are determined by the dates
selected. The rates will not be confirmed until a contract is signed.

BRIDAL PARTY PACKAGES
Indulge yourself and your bridal party with a little
relaxation, pampering and exceptional beauty services
at the world-class Mandara Spa at the nearby Loews
Portofino Bay Hotel. The spa can develop individual
services tailored to the needs of you and your wedding
party. Complimentary transportation for the bridal party
will be provided.
WELCOME AMENITIES
Welcome out-of-town guests with a special amenity

merchandise, in-room food and beverage amenities, and
other options are available, ask for pricing and details.
If you are bringing your own welcome amenities, the
