SEASONAL SOUPS

Our soups change with seasons. We only use organic grains as they
are very healthy, vegetable broth made from organic vegetables and
Italian extra virgin olive oil, single cultivar. A good soup needs time.
It takes hours to boil at a low temperature and then it needs to rest.
This is truly “slow food”.
