Accardi Foods has been importing and distributing olive oil since the company’s inception. We represent many of Italy’s large producers, making available fine quality extra virgin and pure olive oil in
foodservice packaging at reasonable prices for discerning chefs. We also travel extensively to find
special oils indigenous to the many regions in Italy. Because of the diverse climates and soils in each
region, the oils produced have unique flavor profiles and characteristics specific to their geographic
location. These Extra Virgin Oils are perfect for applications in which the flavor of the olive oil is integral in the dish, in salad dressings, or drizzled over a dish. All of these oils have their own uses and
are essential in the contemporary kitchen.
