SYSCO Tuxedo Collection -- Our Black and White collection is sure to impress the most distinguished group.
Nothing catches the eye more quickly than these elegant Petits Fours and Bonbons in their simple, yet
elegant, rich chocolate and silk white creme. Each pastry is hand-decorated and individually inspected to
ensure it is fully covered and perfect in every way. Tasteful to the eye as well as the palate. Our collection is
de rigueur to any celebration.
Bonbons
Our Bonbons are moist brownies topped with either silk almond butter creme or silk chocolate butter
creme and covered in a special blend of chocolate or Swiss white creme. Each bonbon is decorated with
white, dark, or milk chocolate stripes.
Petits Fours
Three layers of moist chocolate or white cake nestled between two layers of royal chocolate or royal vanilla
butter creme and totally enrobed in chocolate or a Swiss white blend. Each Petit Four is hand-decorated
with white, milk or dark chocolate.

Our exquisite European pastries are created in our state-of-the-art bakery. Our skilled pastry chefs use
only rich, luxurious chocolate, delicately thin moist layers of cake and luscious fillings. Each product is
hand made and decorated to exact standards.
