What can you stick in a steaming mug of thick, creamy hot chocolate to make it even better?
Try our Sweet Stirrers in peppermint, caramel & chocolate marshmallow. Yum!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 2 cups chocolate melts
• 2/3 cup cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Measuring cups
• Measuring spoons
• Mixing bowls
• Piping bags
• Wooden spoon
• Jumbo marshmallows
• Peppermint sticks or candy
• Canes
• Salted caramel chips
• Dark chocolate chips
• Wax paper
• Disposable wooden spoons
• Ice cube trays
• Microwave

Melt chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
While chocolate is melting, mix together cocoa, sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Quickly add mixture to melted chocolate, stirring to create a fudge-like consistency.
Fill a piping bag with fudge mixture. Work quickly as the chocolate will harden fast!
Pipe fudge mixture into ice cube trays filled with toppings.
Insert the tip of a disposable wooden spoon into each section.
Place in fridge to cool then pop out of ice cube trays when completely solidified.
FOR PEPPERMINT FLAVOR:
After spoon has been inserted into ice cube tray, sprinkle the top of the chocolate with crushed peppermint sticks.
FOR CARAMEL FLAVOR:
1. Melt salted caramel chips in microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
2. Fill the bottom 1/3 of the ice cube tray with the melted caramel. Quickly fill the rest of the tray with chocolate so
the ingredients harden together.
FOR DIPPED MARSHMALLOWS:
1. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
2. Insert a peppermint stick or candy cane into the top of a jumbo marshmallow.
3. Dip the bottom of the marshmallows into melted dark chocolate and place on wax paper to dry completely.
