with a five stud bolt pattern and increased
fin area for maximum cooling abilities. The
head has the fuel injector mounted directly
in it for even more efficient combustion. The
non-structural rocker cover allows Custom
Bike builders to adapt the design to their
wishes. There are too many innovations and
unique designs built into the X-Wedge
engine to list here. The X-Wedge is not a
replacement engine and it does not fit in a
Harley-Davidson frame. It requires a special
frame with the appropriate engine mounts,
but since the X-Wedge is intended for
custom builds this will not be an issue.
Frames specifically designed to take this
engine will be available shortly. The
X-Wedge crankcase bolts up to most
standard and aftermarket Harley style
aluminum primaries, making it compatible
with a large number of primary drives,
clutches and transmissions. Engine comes
complete with a 2 1/16” single bore throttle
body, S&S VFI Fuel Injection module, closed
loop fuel management and knock sensing
ignition control.
S&S X-WEDGE ENGINES
The all new S&S X-Wedge (pronounced as “Ex-Wedge”)
engine is developed with upcoming, tightening emission
standards in mind. This next generation V-Twin is a
departure from S&S’ traditional engine design and a
step toward the future of air-cooled, pushrod operated
V-Twins. The engine is a 56-degree, closed-loop fuel
injected, three cams, overhead valve V-Twin designed
to deliver the performance expected of an S&S engine,
but still comply with EPA laws. One key engineering
feature is the versatility of the design to create a range
of engine sizes. The 117 CI (1.918 cc) 56 degree
V-Twin utilizes three serpentine belt-driven, large basecircle cams; two exhaust cams and a common intake
cam to achieve almost straight pushrod angles that
combine with automotive-style rockers and roller
tappets to create an incredibly quiet valve train.
Induction on the X-Wedge is done with the new S&S
single bore throttle body pumping fuel and air into a
wedge shaped combustion chamber contained in a head

These braided plug wire kits feature a colored wire
under a silver braid. Each kit comes with a grounding
kit to ground the braid to the motorcycle for arcing

These chrome cylinder head breather tubes are a must
when installing an aftermarket air cleaner on bikes with
the so called “Thru-the-head” breather system. Simple
bolt-on construction comes complete with required
hardware. Big Twin kits include 2 sets of breather bolts
to allow fitment on 1993 thru 1999 Evolution, 1999 to
present Twin Cam, S&S V-style as well as S&S T-style
engines. Sportster kits fit 1991 to present XL models.
A breather filter is not included, but strongly
recommended when you do not route the breather hose

Accel’s new Single Fire 3 Ohm Super Coil is just as
powerful as the original Super Coil. This is the perfect
replacement or upgrade and will bolt right on with no
modifications. Fits all Harley’s with electronic Single Fire

The solutions for those who want a clean front end and
turn signals are mandatory. Fehling has integrated the
turn signals into the handlebar. Handlebar and turn

High quality handlebars from the German manufacturer
Fehling, designed for style and comfort to put your bike
above the crowd. The use of a computer-operated
bending machine ensures the exact symmetry of each
handlebar. All Fehling handlebars are TÜV approved with
1” diameter. Handlebars are available in various models
in either high quality chrome or black powder coated:
without dimples for up to 1982 Harley models, and with
dimples for 1982 to present Harley models. Some
models are available “slotted”, to allow you to guide all
wiring through handlebar and risers. Please note that
this requires large diameter risers, and hollow studs.

This generator-port driven magneto is great for
Alternator/Generator style Big Twin engines. Can also
be used on 1936 thru 1969 generator style Big twin
engines that are used for racing or other applications
that do not use a charging system. Features fully
automatic impulse coupling for incredible starting, no
matter if it is kick start or electric start. This magneto
is easy to bolt on and can be mounted in various
positions. Dependent on the used crankcase and
chosen position it might be necessary to remove some

In response to increased demand for S&S products in
the European market, S&S now offers these EC
compliant replacement slip-on mufflers. These mufflers
have been certified by TÜV to meet EC standards and
may legally be used to replace stock mufflers for the
applications listed in all countries in the European Union.
S&S EC compliant mufflers can be used to replace the
stock exhaust on emissions controlled vehicles in all
countries in Europe. They maintain stock noise and
horsepower levels. Sturdy steel construction, and show
chrome finish make these the ideal replacement for a
damaged stock exhaust. Mufflers are sold in pairs.

This frame kit is designed to get you on the road fast.
Other than the X-Wedge specific motor mounts, this
frame accepts most stock or aftermarket chassis,
brake and suspension parts designed to fit Twin Cam
Softail models. One exception to this is that the frame
is applicable with 1984 thru 1999 style forward
controls. The frames are built to accommodate a
200mm rear tire with a 1 1/8” final belt drive.
Transmission mount is 3/4” offset. Primary must be
installed with a (not included) 3/4” primary spacer ring.
Frame has a 2” diameter backbone with 2” stretch and
30 degree neck rake. Comes complete with stock and
custom style weld-on gas tank mounts, 4 quart (3.7 ltr)
wrap-round oil tank with integrated battery box, Softail
style swingarm, 1” rear wheel axle with axle plates and
hardware. Battery box measures 4 3/4” wide, 7” long

than 5 minutes. Brake lines are available in braided
stainless steel, clear coated braided stainless steel, and

enable you to hook up any caliper to any master
cylinder. Just check the length of the brake line that is

All banjo fittings have an AN-3 (3/8-24) threaded end to
attach to the above listed hoses. Pipes have AN-3
connector on one side, the other side has 3/8 UNF
inverted flare to attach to OEM brake line Tees as well
