Mystery/Secret Shopping:
How to Earn Extra Cash
Wednesday, 6:30 - 9:30pm, Oct. 5 • $45
PE15-F16
Mystery or Secret Shopping is a tool used by many retailers,
restaurants and government agencies to evaluate quality of service
and gather specific information about products and services. For
anyone with extra time, Mystery Shopping can be a low commitment
way to earn extra dollars. A Mystery Shopping assignment might
require that a “shopper” purchase and return a product, dialogue
with a sales associate, register complaints, or behave in a certain
manner. Following a “shop”, the Mystery Shopper then files a timely
report about their experience and receives compensation. Some
opportunities are as simple as a drive-through visit to a fast food
restaurant or having your car’s oil changed. Others don’t even require
that you leave home. While still others require specific knowledge or
more extensive time commitments. Compensation is relative to the
time effort required. For more information, visit us online at AssabetAfterDark.com

S.A.F.E. in a Violent World
2 Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:30pm, Oct. 20 - Oct. 27 • $69
PE38-F16
We live in a changing world. If you are a man, woman, father,
mother, or leader of groups and are responsible for your own
safety and the safety of others, you do not want to miss this. This
is not just self-defense. You might not want to face it but the
world has changed and aggression and violence is now wherever
people gather. Once done, violence never leaves us. A few hours
of training could change that. This class is especially aimed at
people who feel “empowered” after a typical self-defense type
class. After every attack like Paris, San Bernadino, the mall in
Taunton and others, we all feel vulnerable and promise that we will
be more vigilant. But how? In the old days there were self-defense
classes or RAD but crime is more multi-faceted these days being
both in more places and more heinous. Don’t let yourself or others
down. Have solutions that you can use to increase your chance of
success of protecting yourself and others. Home Firearm Safety

of brief guided meditation, discovery, and paper collage, you’ll
manifest your dreams and desires onto a 20” x 30” board you can
then use for reference as you chart your new course. No artistic

magazines to share, and leave your internal judge at home!
