Greetings in the name of St. Sebastian!
The Recoletos Educational Assistance for Deserving Students (READS) is the only institutional
organization for working scholars in San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila. As of now, there are
around 400 members of this organization including the half of it from the San Sebastian CollegeRecoletos Canlubang and Cavite campuses. With its almost 40 years of glorious existence and service it
has already produced reputable and successful graduates in the industry. The organization continuously
performs its role in instilling academic competence, enhancing camaraderie, promoting social
involvement and moulding Sebastinian scholars to be successful professionals of this nation.
Annually, the READS scholars celebrate their two-day event entitled READS DAY, with this year’s theme,
ELEMENTS: Diverse life, thy verse to live. The whole two-day event (October 24-25) will be laced with
interactive and for-a-cause events that will culminate with The READS Scholars’ Party2015, a grand
gathering of the entire scholars’ community from Manila, Canlubang and Cavite campuses. And in
partnership with the San Sebastian Alumni Association, we are expecting at least 600 students and
alumni to attend. To ensure the success of these projects, promotions will be staged extremely
extensive and strategically placed.
We acknowledge the level of difficulty entailed in this event’s undertaking. It is in this context that we
would like to propose a partnership with you to help achieve our goals. We would like to consider you
as our media partner in the accomplishment of our events and projects. Together, we will be able to
aid not only in promoting positive influence to students but also in bringing development to the
