THE HEMSBY FITNESS FIESTA IS APPROACHING & DURING THE WEEKEND YOU CAN BE AS ACTIVE AS YOU LIKE. TO HELP YOU PLAN YOUR WEEKEND WE HAVE INCLUDED DESCRIPTIONS OF ALL THE SESSIONS AND GIVEN THEM A 1, 2, 3C, 3I OR ALL RATING SO YOU CAN CHOOSE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. ARRIVAL ON FRIDAY SEACROFT HALF BOARD ACCOMMODATIONSeacroft accommodation will be available from 3pm on Friday 20TH September. Keys will be available from Seacroft reception until 6pm, then from the Harlequin Bar until 10pm. After this time any late arrivals can collect their keys from security at the gate. HEMSBY BEACH SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION – Hemsby Beach accommodation will be available from 4pm on Friday. Hemsby Beach reception will be open until 8pm after which time keys can be collected from the Rio Bar. PLEASE NOTE: KEYS FOR HEMSBY BEACH WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER 11PM ON THE FRIDAY. Reception will be open again at 7.30am on Saturday morning. When you arrive one member of your party will need to collect your keys from either Hemsby Beach or Seacroft depending on where you are staying. You will then need to collect your weekend information from the Fitness Fiesta Registration Desk which will be situated in the Harlequin Bar at Seacroft. FRIDAY & SUNDAY CLASSES You do not need to register in advance for sessions on Friday or Sunday as no tickets are required for any of the sessions. SATURDAY CLASSES Tickets are required for some sessions on Saturday. You may register in advance for two ticketed sessions but you are strongly recommended to give four choices in case some are fully booked by the time we receive your registration forms. Tickets are not required on Saturday for any of the classes in the Starlight Show Bar at Seacroft. There will also be extra tickets available at the event for any sessions that are not full after registration on Friday evening. ENTERTAINMENT Your evening entertainment will take place in the Starlight Bar at Seacroft from 9.30pm. Each evening will feature a live band plus DJ’s and on Friday your presenters will be introduced on stage at 10.30pm. On Saturday night the theme will be a ”B” PARTY. Interpret however you like and dress up if you wish! For a quieter bar try the Rio Bar at Hemsby Beach. WHAT TO BRING If you are staying at Hemsby Beach Self Catering site you will need to bring towels as only bedding is included. MASSAGE & HOLISTIC TREATMENTS Book your treatments in advance so your weekend is stress free. Simply complete your form & return with payment or book online. MEALS HEMSBY BEACH is a self catering site so all apartments have kitchens and most people choose to cook & eat in their apartments. There are no cafes or shops on site. At SEACROFT breakfast is at 8.30am and dinner will be 8pm on Friday and 7.30pm on Saturday. There will be a table plan displayed outside the restaurant.Please check this for your allocated table. If you wish to sit with other groups please let us know in advance so we can link your parties. The Coral Restaurant at Seacroft will also be open for all guests to purchase lunch on Saturday and Sunday. CASH MACHINE A cash machine is located on site at Hemsby Beach & Seacroft. There is a charge for transactions. SHOPPING Retail therapy is available all weekend at the trade stands in the Sun Room at Seacroft. SWIMMING POOL There is an indoor swimming pool at Hemsby Beach which will be open for you to use when classes are not taking place. Opening hours are Friday 3-6pm, Saturday 912.45am then 1.45-6pm and Sunday 9am-1pm. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CHANGING FACILITIES IN THE POOL. LAUNDERETTE There is a Launderette located at Hemsby Beach. Open 8am-8pm. DIRECTIONS Seacroft Holiday Village & Hemsby Beach Holiday Village Beach Road, Hemsby, Norfolk, NR29 4HR From Great Yarmouth proceed on the A149 to Caister bypass. Then follow the B1159 signs to Winterton turning off at the Hemsby Bus Terminal into Beach Road. Seacroft & Hemsby Beach are on your left. If travelling from other areas, make for Norwich & Acle & then the road to Martham & Hemsby. ELECTRICITY Electricity is not provided free of charge at Hemsby Beach Self Catering Site. Tokens for electricity can be purchased from the reception or the machines in the arcade area.
