ATTENTION ALL SHOOTERS: In accordance with the official rules of the A.T.A. Rules Book, all contestants are required to verify their scores as shown on each score sheet before leaving the trap field. Furthermore, all contestants must verify their scores again when posted on the Official Bulletin Board each day since all Trophies, Options and Prize Monies are awarded based on the scores shown thereon. It is the responsibility of Ladies, Veterans, Sr. Veterans, Junior and Sub Juniors to see that they are so indicated on their entry cards and on the bulletin sheets so they may be included in the competition. In the program, a Junior is any shooter under 19 years of age. Sub Junior is under 16. A Veteran is a shooter 65 years of age or older. A Sr. Veteran is 70 and older. CARRY-OVERS & SHOOT-OFFS: All ties will be carried over to the next like event. (for doubles & singles) All shoot offs will be in events of 25, doubles will be 10 pair. Shoot-offs will be posted after each event and will be held after the days scheduled events, time permitting. Tied shooters will be called three times for shoot offs. A shooter that fails to appear will forfeit. If no shoot off contestants appear, a winner will be determined by management. Management reserves the right to carry over shoot-off events to determine winners. (General Information continued next page) GENERAL INFORMATION (General Information continued from previous page) TROPHIES: Contestants can win only one club trophy in each event. Ladies, Veterans, Sr. Veterans, Juniors and Sub Juniors electing to shoot off a tie for another club trophy in an event do not forfeit their right to the Lady, Veteran, Sr. Veteran, Junior or Sub Junior trophy for that event, except by a win in the shoot-off. Those shooters shooting in special categories must notify shoot personnel which trophy you will take or shoot off for within 10 minutes after the final scores are posted for each event. Shoot personnel will automatically consider special category over class or yardage trophies if you fail to declare which trophy you will take (Sub-Junior or Junior over Lady & Lady over Veteran or Senior Veteran). NO ENTRY FEE REFUNDED including options and purses unless the shoot is cancelled. This is an invitational tournament, and the Management reserves the right to reject, refund, or disqualify any contestant who in their judgment interferes with the harmony of the shoot or violates A.T.A. rules and O.S.T.A. regulations. The A.T.A. rules will govern all points not otherwise covered in this program. The management reserves the absolute right, at any time prior to, or during the tournament, to change or modify the program in any manner it desires, including, but not being limited to, starting time, order of starting traps, entry fees, purses, and options. Management reserves the right to move squads to alternate fields. You may shoot new shells or regulation reloads. Reloads are subject to challenge. An illegal load will result in total disqualification. CAMPING: We have 40 spots with furnished water & electric. The fee is $10.00 per night. Unlimited space for independent campers at no charge.
