Service With A Personal Touch
I
had an outdated kitchen, that needed to be remolded. So I started
searching the internet to get some ideas but as I started looking I just
got more confused. I thought how do you order something without
seeing it or touching it? What does the color really look like and how could I
get the money to pay for it?
After visiting several other Kitchen & Bath showrooms, Time to Remodel
came to my rescue. They are located in the Savi Ranch area of Yorba
Linda. The owner Reza, is a true professional. His knowledge covered even
today’s new market trends and he told me everything that I needed to
know. He cleared up all of my questions. He helped me visualize my project and asked what type of colors I already had, in my kitchen. Also how
much light came in the windows. Reza listened intently as I rambled on and
on as to what I wanted in my new kitchen. He then set about giving me his
expert advice as to what would work best for me. He helped me visualize
the project by helping me select the proper colors of cabinets and type of
surface, Granite or Quartz. Right there was another lesson, as he explained
the pros and cons of each material , that would work best for me.
The next step was for him to come out to my home and measure for
the new kitchen layout, which he did for Free. By the way, the big box stores
charge to have someone come out, to measure. We went back to Reza’s

store to go over the design and pick out the correct color of cabinets
and counter tops. We did some paper work , which he explained thoroughly . Reza also offered me Free financing for up to 5 years. WOW ! I
could not believe how simple Reza had made everything.
The very next day he came out to my home with the team of guys
who would be taking out the old cabinets and counter tops. He introduced
me to each and every one of them and explained to me what they would
be doing and about how long it would take and so on, for each part of
the project, that changed. The next day, Reza was there introducing me to
the plumber who was moving the sink over for my new design. He stopped
in almost daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. Within a week,
all the work was done and I had a fantastic looking kitchen. Did I mention
the gorgeous wood flooring that I was able to get from all of the savings
that Reza gave me ? It really looks great too!
I was very impressed with Reza. He was a man of his word, he always
delivered. He has a unique type of customer service, that no one else has
ever offered before. So now I want him to do my master bathroom too. I
have already told several of my friends that, he is the guy to call, if you
have any remolding needs or even an addition . Time to Remodel is not
your ordinary Kitchen & Bath remolding store and neither is Reza.
