I. General Packaging Guidelines
•
Use LBC packaging tapes for Kilo boxes and Personal Box package only, using LBC tapes for any
other use and using a non - LBC tapes is prohibited.
•
Customer can use their own boxes or packaging, as long as the packaging is securely closed,
sturdy and not- damaged.
•
It is highly recommended that chipboard boxes, such as gifts, shoe boxes etc., must be packed
into an outer box, such as any Kilobox or customer own box.
•
Always use a larger outer box to protect the shipment. Overstuffing is not allowed. Packages
should not go beyond the flaps line of the boxes.
•
For odd or irregular-shaped items, wrap by LBC tape all of the sharp edges only instead of the
whole item.
•
For all reused boxes, ensure to remove all old address labels or tracking number stickers(if any)
before shipping, and make sure there are no holes, tears, or corner dents in the outer box.
II. Packaging Electronic Set (I.E. Television, Computer Set)
A. Shipping with Original Manufacturer’s Packaging
Original packaging is usually designed to ship the product once, not multiple times. Reuse can weaken
the packaging and place the product inside at risk. Therefore, inspect the original packaging to ensure
that the cushioning material and box are intact and unbroken.
Make any repairs or reinforcement using our LBC Tapes.
B. Shipping without Original Manufacturer’s Packaging
Step 1: Wrap the TV/computer or peripheral on all sides with the Bubble Wrap.
