foundation to financial stability. The information in your credit report is
what scoring companies such as FICO use to generate your credit score,
which governs everything from how much you pay for a loan to your
insurance rates. Luckily, federal law entitles you to a free copy of your
credit report once every 12 months from the three major credit-reporting
agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. You can get a free copy of all
three bureaus’ versions of your credit report at AnnualCreditReport.com.
Be sure to check your identifying information on your report and have any
mistakes corrected as soon as possible. Another common area to watch on
your report are any mistakes with your credit accounts ex. balance showing
higher than actual or inncorrect late payments. If any negative information
is reporting on your credit report pass 7 years your should disputes those to
have them removed. At MECO we want to help our member become finacially sucessful give us a call or come by our office we can help you look at
your report and file disputes.
Thank you for all your donations during
our annual meeting that help benefit the
Medina County Food Pantry.
The volunteers at the food pantry
expressed a great amount of gratitude for
your help, we were able to provide enough
food to feed several families.

Youth Get Wild About
Saving in April
We’d be “lion” if we said saving
was easy. Teach children how to save
for their goals and they’ll have one
of the most difficult aspects of
finance under their belt.
During April, we want to be apart
of Youth Savings!
Youth 15 and under can participate
in our coloring contest.
