or when the numerical limit is reached after which entries cannot be accepted,
cancelled or substituted except as provide for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the
“Rules Applying to Dog Shows.”
From the North & South (via l-95) at Delaware Exit #1A (Rt 896 South). Follow RT 896 for 6 1/4 miles. GO PAST the sign that says Main Entrance DO
NOT turn onto Howell School Rd. Make a LEFT onto RT 71 (At the traffic
light) Stay on RT 71 for 1 1/2 miles. Make a LEFT onto the show grounds.

**NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS**
Please note when entry limits are met, classes will be automatically closed, even if
before closing date.

Make checks payable to CGRC.
Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. Returned check fee: $25.00.
Entries will not be accepted if not on a current official AKC entry form or photocopies of the entry form without the agreement & rules on the reverse side of the
official AKC form.
Entries received without fees will not be accepted. No entry will be accepted
which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
Owners are responsible for errors. No entry fee will be refunded in event of such
errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date or when the show
limit has been reached per Chapter 1 Sec.27 AKC Obedience Regulations.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified,
excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the
Trial Committee. If because of severe weather, riots, civil disturbances, or other
acts beyond our control. The well being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of
paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop a trial
before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made.

Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class.
We ask that you please be considerate & clean up after your dog & be sure to use
the designated outdoor collection receptacle.
The club is not responsible for damage to vehicles or loss of personal property.
The club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry
form for this event.
A limited number of catalogs will be available at the show for $5.
All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when
being judged.
Class cash prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog.
No award shall be mailed. Unclaimed awards become the property of CGRC.
Exhibitor Parking Fee $5.00
Spectator Parking Fee $5.00 for 1 person per car.
$10.00 for 2 or more people in a car.
There is an 11 pm to 6 am curfew on the use of generators & barking dogs that will
be enforced by the Park Rangers.
