The ISWS, MSWA, LARK, LGRA and LCKC; their officers and directors; and the Ohio Classic
Committee will not be responsible for dogs or personal property, nor do they assume responsibility
for an incorrect entry.
Entries: Exhibitors are advised to print all unusual words when filling out entry forms. Entries will be
printed in the catalog EXACTLY as they are listed on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for
errors in entry forms. No dog incorrectly entered in a class may be transferred to another class
after close of entries. No entry may be changed or canceled unless notice of the change or
cancellation is received in writing or via email by the Show Secretary as listed in this premium.
Entries will not be accepted without the proper signature and fees. Entries must be submitted on approved entry
forms. No entry fees will be refunded, in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian
or Judge, or barred from competition by action of any member of the ISWS Board, the Show
Secretary, or any member of the Ohio Classic Committee. No entry fees will be returned if the show
cannot open or be completed by reasons beyond the control of the management. The well-being
of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to
cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fees will be made.
Exhibitor Responsibilities: All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates while on
the premises. It is expressly understood that the exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior
of their dogs and/or children. The Club, Show Secretary, their Agents, and Employees assume no
responsibility for injury to dogs or attendees. The ISWS, its officers and directors and the Ohio
Classic Committee will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors,
handlers, attendees‟ dogs or property. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents
alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the ring when their classes are called to be judged.
Please remember to turn off cell phones and/ or pagers before entering the ring.
Notice to Exhibitors and Visitors ~LCKC Show Park Information
Parking: Parking is permitted on gravel drives, the area in front of the pavilion, and the grassy areas
on both sides of the pavilion. THERE IS A PARKING FEE FOR EACH VEHICLE. $5 PER CAR AND
$10 PER MOTOR HOME PER DAY, and MUST BE INCLUDED AS PAYMENT ON ORDER FORM.
Waste containers will be available. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET!
Directions to LCKC Show Park: From the South: Take I-71 north past Ashland and exit at Rt
301. Take Rt 301 north to Rt 224. Go west on Rt 224 to Rt 58. Go north on Rt 58 to Oberlin. In
Oberlin pick up Rt 511, turn left and go west to show site. [NOTE: it might be easier to take
I-69 north from Indianapolis to Ft Wayne and pick up the turnpike there and go east to exit 135).
From the Ohio Turnpike: Take Exit 135, go south on Baumhart Road to Route 511 (about 5
miles). Go right on Rt 511 for one mile, field is on the left and is fronted with white wooden horse
fencing. [NOTE: Route 511 is the first stop sign with flashing red lights after you pass Ohio 113 AND it
is NOT marked]
From the East: From I-480 East: Take I-480 West to Rt 10. Follow Rt 10 and it will merge into
Rt 20 west. Exit at Rt 511, follow Rt 511 through Oberlin to show site (5 miles west of city limits).
[NOTE: Once you get on Rt 511, the signs will say you are going "south" but you <g> will just
know you are going north. Rt 511 is one of those curving routes that actually crosses Rt 20 twice.]
Once you are on Rt 511, and through Oberlin the first and only stop sign with flashing red lights is
Baumhart Road. The field is straight ahead, one mile past this point, on the left. Look for the white
wooden horse fencing that fronts the field.
From the NE: Take I-90 west through Cleveland, just past Elyria it will merge with the Ohio Turnpike.
Take exit 135 and follow above directions.
From the SE: I-77 north to I-480 west, follow "from the east" directions.

A little something about our Show Judges:
Lisa Kingsley:
After working as a school psychologist for 35 years in the
public schools, I retired last year and have not looked back!
I grew up with Shelties. I obtained my first Belgian Tervuren
over 40 years ago while a student at Michigan State University,
and have not been without them since.
Our kennel name is Fastbreak.
In a limited breeding program over the past 30 years,
we have produced over 30 CH's, as well as dogs ranked
in the top ten for conformation, agility, obedience,
and herding. We have titled our own dogs in obedience (UD),
herding, and conformation. We also have enjoyed working
our dogs in agility and tracking.
I have been a UKC judge for over 10 years. I have always
enjoyed the sighthounds, and the Silken Windhound in particular.
I am looking forward to judging at your regional specialty.
Sunday Miles:
I have been a UKC, Rare Breeds & ASCA Judge for over 20 years.
I also do many 4H Fairs and State Finals for Handling, Obedience & Rally.
During that time I have enjoyed a lot of traveling
across the country and have been to Europe 4 times; 3 for Judging
and once to do a seminar on the Australian Shepherd
for a group of German ASCA Affiliates/Members.
I have been active in my own breed of Aussies and
the Australian Shepherd Club of America for over 40 years
under the kennel name of Countrywoods.
I’ve produced numerous Champions in ASCA, AKC, UKC & CKC in all venues:
Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Agility & Tracking. Many other
of my dogs have excelled in Lure Coursing, Dock Diving and Therapy Work;
with some also doing Service Dog duties, and a few that have been
Search & Rescue dogs too. A couple have also done carting.
Thanks for having me.
Jennifer Anderson:
Jennifer Anderson lives near Minneapolis, MN. She is a UKC all breed judge and has been
for 4 years. Judging for UKC and IABCA shows has been an honor and privilege, and UKC
philosophy closely aligns with her view that dogs should be the total package of structure,
type, movement, and ability to do the job they were intended for.
Jennifer owns multiple pet grooming businesses, and is a Nationally Certified Master
Groomer. She has been an exhibitor and breeder of Standard Poodles for 16 years.
Performance and conformation are equal passions, with most of her poodles having 5 to
10 AKC/CKC/UKC titles in front and behind their name. Coursing ability tests are
something nearly every Poodle she owns completes, they are simply bonkers for the lure!
Silken Windhounds caught her eye at their first ever show at UKC premier. Their size,
coat length, ability to course and race, and gentle nature fullfilled what other sighthounds
could not. A friend owned a pair of them, and couldn't say enough good things. In 2014,
Jennifer added a Silken Windhound to her kennel. In 2015 she added two more puppies.
They have been a joy to live with. She and her partner Jon have been
working on their Silkens' Grand Championships, racing, and lure coursing,
obedience, UKC SPOT/CGC, and therapy certification.
She is looking forward to the opportunity to judge these beautiful dogs.
