This year’s big show will once again include the West Coast Classic Cup, a distinguished perpetual cup awarded to the top overall rabbit at the end of each year’s event. According to the
West Coast Classic Show Committee, the award is a much needed and fitting recognition of
the best of the best in one of the toughest
competitions of the year. The non-circulating perpetual trophy is presented when
all remaining judges converge on Sunday
afternoon to select the one prized rabbit
from Open Show Best in Shows, Youth
Show Best in Shows, National Specialty
Show Best of Breeds, and Local Specialty
Show Best of Breeds. The impressive award
was sculpted by artist Stan Sours, specially
commissioned by California Rabbit and
