Filing an entry implies acceptance of these rules. All rabbits are entered at the exhibitor’s own risk. Every precaution will be taken to avoid hazards and ensure the safety of all animals and exhibitors. However, show personnel, judges nor Amador County Fairgrounds are in no way responsible for any theft, damage, injury or death of any animals, persons or property. All entries must include: Exhibitor name, address, phone number, email address, ear tattoo, breed, sex, class, variety as well as which shows they are to be entered. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Payment is due at time of entry. All fees must be paid prior to the start of judging. Entry fees are nonrefundable. Should you enter, but not show, your entry fees are still due. Failure to pay the fees will result in you being banned from MRCA shows until balance is paid. Late fees may be applied to your balance. There will be a $35.00 fee charged for any returned checks. This show is a one-day carry cage show. All carriers must have a leak proof bottom. Please be courteous and make room for all exhibitors. Room for rabbits takes precedence over grooming tables, chairs etc. All rabbits must be permanently marked in the left ear prior to showing. A licensed ARBA Registrar will be available for ear marks as well as ARBA registrations. Exhibitors are responsible for making sure their rabbits are taken to the judging area when called. Absolutely no refund of entry fees will be made. No re-judging for missed classes. Awards must be picked up the day of the show. Legs are e-mailed within 30 days of the show. All animals must be healthy and in proper size transport cages to ensure rabbits well-being. Children must be under supervision of an adult at all times. Any issues arising that cannot be resolved by reference to the above rules shall be decided by the official show committee and the decision will be final. Each exhibitor must use a separate entry form, if additional entry forms are needed, please photo copy the enclosed form or use an 8 ½” x 11” sheet of paper with all of the information as listed on the original form. Judging Schedule Judging starts at 8:30 a.m. A judging schedule will be posted at each judge's table. Each exhibitor is responsible to carry his or her rabbits to the judging table at the proper time. Posted schedules are subject to change. Be sure to watch carefully so that you do not miss your class. Show B classes may be judged before that same breed is judged for Show A. Entry fees are non-refundable and classes will not be judged over.
