SMHA Proposal
Firstly, Skater's Edge would like to thank Sudbury Minor Hockey Association for the opportunity
join into
a 4 year partnership with regards to your AAA/AA/A program, starting 2014-2015 and concluding 20182019.
Skater's Edge's proposal would consist of providing every AAA/AA/A
team with a Kobe K3G jersey with
a twill front crest and twill back number at no cost to the SMHA or the teams involved. Each team would
receive 17 player jerseys and 2 goalie jerseys whilst the midgets would have 18 player jerseys and 2
goalie jerseys.
With that, each team would be obligated to purchase a player package for each player
on the team every year for the duration of the contract. The midget teams however will receive new
jerseys every two years and must purchase the midget package ever y year.

All items within the package must be approved by the SMHA and Skater's Edge

No substitutions
•
If an additional team would be added during the contract, jerseys would be provided at a
retroactive

will be allowed unless approved by the SMHA and Skater's Edge
cost.
If a team required a new set of jerseys prior to the end 4 year term, Skater's Edge would provide
them to the association at cost ($60).

Sizing is the sole responsibility
of the team and the team alone.

In the event of the AA program requiring new jerseys, we reserve the first right of refusal under
the same conditions as the AAA program.

Replacement jerseys during the contract would be $80 per jersey. (Lost, Stolen or Damaged)
If the SMHA wishes to buy spare jerseys at the beginning of the contract Skater's Edge would
provide them at cost.

If at any point during the contract SMHA merges with another association or wishes to nullify
the contract they would be obligated to purchases all jerseys provided to them at a $80 per
jersey cost or continue to honour the contract under the combined associations.
