It seems to me that a group of our District A retirees carried that torch not too long ago. How about the retirees that showed up for the rally at the State Capitol in District B this fall, you know, the ones who meet once a month to dine on the delicious meals prepared by the spouses? The site of the Altoona meeting has been changed to The Plaza Hotel & Suites, 1202 West Clairemont Ave. in Eau Claire. The Plaza is one block north of the Holiday Inn, former site of the event. The location of the Janesville meeting has been changed to the Holiday Inn Express, 3100 Wellington Place.
