Gate
The new gate is up! The gate now has 3 locks on
it. The bottom red lock is for the Fire
Department and EMS they are the only ones that
have keys to it. The two locks on the top have
the same combination. Remembers you need to
squeeze the lock after you put the combination
in to release it. Please make sure that the locks
are lock though each other and locked and the
numbers area scrambled.
Volume 18, Issue 6
Rescue training,
The local fire department is interested in doing a
training rescue at the property and there is a
local reporter from the Glens Falls conical that is
interested in doing a story on our club. We will
try to have this done at the same time. This
would benefit us and the fire department.
Membership Limit
There was a motion made at June’s meeting to
limit our membership. This would be on a 1st
come 1st serve basis. The limit would be 200
members. This does affect current members. If
a member doesn’t not renew on time and the
spaces fill up you will be put on a waiting list in
the order of the request. This is only a motion
on the floor at this time. We will have a vote at
July’s meeting. If approved this will take effect
with the September renewal. If you cannot make
the meeting and would like to vote you can email your vote to moak at [email protected]
all e-mails will be printed out and taken to the
meeting. Current members can start to renew in
August.
Polaris Tour
Polaris has contacted us about using our Hadley
property for a dealer event next year. We will
have more details, as it gets closer.
Club Picnic.
At July’s meeting we will be discussing the
possibility of a member’s picnic in August.
Bring you idea to the meeting.
Herba Motor sports
Herba motor sports is holding an open house
customer appreciation day. We will have a
display there. Stop by!
Remember this is your club so come to a meet
and be heard we can not go forward with your
ideals or address your concerns if we don’t know
them.
