It is our sincere pleasure to once again present a most distinguished gathering of individ-
uals prominent in the realm of Latin business. They represent many different facets of
business, ranging from small business sole proprietors, to partnerships, to corporate figureheads. Many names will be familiar, such as those from the world of entertainment,
while those in other fields are icons among their peers.
The list is fluid, acquiring some new names during its year of meandering, replacing
some from the past. Those replaced are no less significant this time around; they are
merely stepping out of the spotlight to allow our limited-to-100 list to continually highlight
a much deeper reservoir of talent than would otherwise be possible.
As previously noted, there is no set-in-stone rhyme or reason to our selection process.
Some individuals have won our admiration and appreciation from personal experience
related to Latin Business, while others have come to our attention via referral or the various Hispanic media.
Perhaps, in the final analysis, it’s simply that we feel that hard work, innovation and
outstanding achievement deserve a place in the sun, especially for those work-immersed
business people who seldom get the chance to toot their own horns. After all, who among
us doesn’t enjoy the occasional, well-deserved accolade?
