MARVEL INSUL-KOAT is a remarkable new heat reflecting
roof coating utilising revolutionary Thermal Protection
Technology developed by JAPEVA Engineering Pvt.Ltd., to
reduce the temperature inside the building in hot weather. This
will save energy and cooling costs. It will also reduce greenhouse
emissions and the impact of building on the environment while
the roof looks great. MARVEL INSUL-KOAT will keep the
surface of your roof up to 25°C to 30°C. Inside the temperature
will be reduced around 4°C to 6°C less and making the room
cooler. Suitable for Roof top, Terrace, AC Sheets, Metal Roof,
sloping roof, exterior wall, parapet wall.

Marvel Supercrete HR is polysiloxane base coating acts as a base coat and Marvel Felxibond is top coat which eliminates
conventional brick bat coba system also eliminates replastering of parapet and exterior damp walls.
Marvel Supercrete HR, Polysiloxane base coating all nanoparticles penetrates into cracks at the same time
multiceramic technology base particles float on the top to bottom of the coating which creates water resistance
and hydrophobicity.

(HEAT RESISTANCE POLYSILOXANE COATING)
DESCRIPTION:
MARVEL SUPERCRETE HR is polysiloxane modified heat resistance waterproof
coating.
It is nano tecnology and multi ceramic technology base high performance surface
coating.
WORKING PRINCIPLES:
When MARVEL SUPERCRETE HR is applied on the surface nano technology base
polysiloxane reacts with cementitious substrate and all nanoparticles penetrates
into capillary and forms hydrophobicity. Multi ceramic technology base particles
remains active on top and bottom of the coating which is 100% inert and
nonconductive material, hence it gives high water resistence as well as heat
resistance property.
SPECIALAPPLICATION PROPERTY:
When applied on cracks it penetrates into cracks and no crack filling is required.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
First remove all loose particles then clean the surface by water to remove oil, grease
and other loose materials contaminated on the surface then wet the surface with
water, then apply two coats of it diluted with 60% water.
COVERAGE : 30 Sq.ft in one coat
APPLICATION AREAS:
All cementitious surface ans china chips, e.g, parapet wall, new terrace slab,
old terrace surface (on ips, tiles, china mosaic), sunken slab, damp wall, new toilet
bathroom concrete surface, old toilet bathroom mineral substrate.

DESCRIPTION:
MARVEL FLEXIBOND is elastomeric heat reflective coating made from
polyurethane, acrylic and silicon emulsion modified with multi ceramic and nano
technology.

APPLICATION AREAS:
Coating on cementitious and mineral substrate where durability of water proofing
is desire like flat roof, sloping roof, exterior wall, parapet wall and A.C.Sheets.

LIMITATIONS
• Minimum application temperature of substrate is 40°F (4°C) and rising. Low temperatures adversely affect flowability
and strength gain.
• Cold temperatures lengthen working time, hot temperatures decrease working time.
• Do not thin with solvents.
• Do not inject moving or leaking cracks.
• Minimum age of concrete must be 21 to 28 days, depending on curing and drying conditions prior to application.
• For cracks over 1/2 inch (13 mm), call JAPEVA Engineering Pvt.Ltd., at Chennai.
CAUTION
Irritant, toxic, strong sensitizer. Contains epoxy resin and amine. This product may cause skin irritation. Do not inhale vapors.
Provide adequate ventilation. Protect against contact with skin and eyes. Wear rubber gloves, long sleeve shirt, goggles with
side shields. In case of contact with eyes, flush repeatedly with water and contact a physician. Areas of skin contact should
be promptly washed with soap and water. Do not take internally. Keep product out of reach of children.

The surfaces must be waterproofed and/or protected with twopack cementitious skimming plaster with JAPEVA technology of
the MARVEL INSUL-KOAT type by JAPEVA Engineering Pvt.Ltd., applied by roller or brush in two coats each 1 mm thick.
The product must guarantee crack bridging ability at low temperatures (-20°C) and the immersion in clorinated water
performance.
