Studying B.Sc. in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering at Primeasia
University
Introduction:
At Primeasia Universituy, the B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering (EEE) is a 4 year degree program conducted by the
Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Usually a
student requires to conduct the study for 12 semesters. The
program is open for eligible H.S.C/ A-level completed students as
well as for Diploma-holders. At Primeasia University Electrical and
Electronic Engineering degree program started from the Spring
Semester of Academic Year 2009. The department is now rich in
terms of teachers, class rooms and laboratory facilities.
Aims of the Program:
Development, design, operation and maintenance in
electrical power generation, transmission & distribution
Development, design, operation and maintenance
telecommunications and information technology sector
Development, design, operation and maintenance
radio systems and Satellite Communications
Design and applications of various sophisticated
electronic devices, microprocessors and computers
Development, design, operation and maintenance of
equipments in industries: Electrical machines- motors,
generators, switchgears etc.
Development, design, operation, maintenance
application of modern instrumentation
Application of electronics in industry

The Curriculum of the EEE Program:
The EEE program of PAU is UGC approved. It consists of 147.5
credits of which 6 credits for language courses, 18 credits for
GED courses, 33 credits for General sciences, 73.5 for core
courses and 17 for majors. List of Courses can be obtained from
the Admission Office.
