The new FISCAM will be introduced in the context of the new risk assessment Statements on Auditing Standards and NIST regulations for computer controls. An approach to satisfying the IS coverage needed in any audit engagement will be presented. The FIRST initiative will replace several current reporting systems, including FACTS I and FACTS II. It will improve data quality while streamlining the reporting function.
