Made with TEN different hop varieties from all over the world, it’s an intense bittersweet symphony. For craft beer drinkers who want to expand their beer horizons. Bouquet of hop flavors from floral and herbal to citrus and tropical, assertive lingering bitterness, cleans the palate to make way for another sip. Astonishingly aromatic. Pair with spicy and even richer fare: hot pepper dishes, rich steaks and fatty pork. The clean bitterness of IPAs cuts through fatty flavors and refreshes your palate as you work your way through rich or spicy cuisine. ABV: 7.0%, IBU: 110 APRIL 1 – 30 CRAFTPOINT MENU BEER All our craft beers are handcrafted with love, care, and creative madness. Make the most out of every sip by pouring your beer into a glass to best experience all the aromas and flavors as you drink. ABV = alcohol by volume IBU = international bitterness units Summer Sessions – blonde ale Bright and easy on the palate, this blonde ale is the perfect introduction to drinking the wonderful world of craft beer. This is the beer you take with you to the beach on a hot summer’s day. For your inner surf dude. Balance of light maltiness and soft floral notes, hints of fruit and honey, crisp and refreshing. Pair with lighter fare: salads, chicken, fish, bread and cheese, light pasta ABV: 4.3%, IBU: 17.2 Revolution – Belgian IPA This is a revolutionary melding of two styles. An unlikely marriage of brash intensity and elegance, both hoppy bitterness and sophisticated Belgian complexity. This one’s sneaky: pour it out and it looks nice and light, a pale yellow color of friendliness. But take a sip and you will be deceived—this one will knock everything else out of your mind. Prepare yourself for the most style-bending brew we’ve made. For the sophisticated and calculating drinker in you. Tropical fruit hints, slight peppery spice notes, bitterness, clean finish. Summer Passion – passionfruit + ginger blonde ale The sultry side of Summer Sessions, Summer Passion is even more sun-kissed with a tangy passionfruit beginning and warm ginger ending. This blonde ale has more complexity, dimensions, and layers of flavors to keep you refreshed for a long time. For your inner surf chick. 54 Because of its double personality, this is best paired with both intense and delicate fare: from oil-based pasta and seafood to spicy, rich, meaty, juicy, fatty—all those nstrong flavors that Revolution can complement and help you wash it all down elegantly.
