April 1-30 Last 2015, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria joined the Chef Wars for the first time. The theme highlighted Philippine ingredients. Chef Manuel Abogado, Chef Christopher John Sanchez and Chef Jude Enierga represented Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria in the competition. Our three chefs practiced and developed their recipes for a week. Thus, a fruitful result for our three dedicated chefs as they formulated recipes which worked well with the main ingredient and which also made them Grand Champions of Chef Wars 2015.
