These KONI shock absorbers have been especially developed by KONI and Hellgeth
engineering. They are designed to deliver optimum road holding and comfort both
on road and offroad. Tested under extreme conditions, these dampers for UNIMOG
vehicles matches the highest offroad demands regarding safety und stability.

KONI shock absorbers are simply adjustable referred to the rebound rates. This means
that the damping characteristic can be adapted to axles load and the circumstances.
Furthermore, the shock absorbers have large reserves of damping power available.

With more than 1000 customers worldwide Hellgeth engineering is the NO. 1
for all kind of modifications according the famous UNIMOG chassis. No matter
if you just need a set of customs coil springs for your expedition camper, a high
powered engine for your Dakar-Rally UNIMOG, or a complete brand new UNIMOG
with professional winch system and extra deep fording kit for powerline set up in
remote areas. With more then twenty years experience, in-house engineering and
in house CNC machining, we pushed the limits of feasability by far.
We do stock a wide range on UNIMOG parts and components. Our parts are
either original or parts designed and manufactured in house or designed in house
and made by high quality suppliers. Focus of our UNIMOG stock is nevertheless
upgrade parts and components. Winches, split gearboxes, special axle gear ratios,
tire inflation system, aluminium rims, special tires, racing shocks are just a few of
hundreds of solutions.
Additionally to our UNIMOG programm we offer other wheeled special vehicles
for off-road and commercial use as well as customizing these.

Hellgeth Competition shocks are build from
massive Aluminum, with a 22 mm piston
rod. The external black anodized aluminum
reservoir with High speed and Low Speed
Compression valve is easy to fit according
the “Stahlflex” hose with adjustable rotating
fittings.
Hellgeth Competition shock is fully adjustable in compression and rebound forces.
These shock absorbers can withstand the

Our proven chip tuning has been developed by our engineers to increase engine
power without compromising vehicle components.
The new set up on the engine control unit provides with the UNIMOG´s turbo
diesel engines a power increase of up to 15% and more, as well the torque curve is
optimized, too.
You‘ll immediately notice better acceleration from low end in the rev range and
when using taller gears.
Your engines response will be better – you‘re driving experience transformed. At the
same time, you may save fuel using more often low end revs.

ADDITIONAL TANK
A bigger fuel reservoir in the UNIMOG vehicle is obligatory when you travel far
from any civilization. It expands your max. reach and enables to refuel at the ideal
moment to save costs.
The additional 270 liter fuel tank has been designed with great attention to detail
and is available for wheelbase 3250 mm and longer.
The tanks are made for maximum ground clearance and do not impede the off-road-capabilities of the vehicle. Manufactured from stainless steel, it contains an internal system from meshed aluminium to reduce sloshing of the fuel to a minimum.

High power LED modules
The LED modules provide excellent lighting performance for your UNIMOG.
6 high-power LEDs for dipped beam and main beam functions on each side of the
vehicle plus a main beam module extra, for optimized homogeneous illumination
of the road.
The LED light kit is designed for your UNIMOG to be installed easily. There is no need
for a headlight power wash system LED modules require no maintenance up to

Bull Bars are the most effective way to protect your vehicle front end from brush
and small trees.
UNIMOG Bull Bars give your vehicle the real and tough expedition look. The design
does still accept a front winch installation and provides easy access for maintenance
reasons to the engine compartment by the fold down device.
