Indications and Directions for Use Shake well. Primary vaccination: Sows – 5-mL dose via intramuscular injection (IM) 14-60 days before breeding; gilts – 5-mL IM as near as possible to 14 days before breeding. FarrowSure® GOLD B A reproductive vaccine FluSure® Pandemic A respiratory vaccine For the vaccination of healthy breeding swine as an aid in preventing reproductive failure caused by porcine parvovirus (PPV), erysipelas caused by E. rhusiopathiae and leptospirosis caused by L. bratislava, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. An 18-week duration of immunity following vaccination has been demonstrated against erysipelas. For the vaccination of healthy swine, including pregnant sows and gilts, 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in preventing nasal shedding and reducing lung lesions caused by SIV subtype pH1N1 (A/California/04/2009 isolate). Shake well. Primary vaccination: Sows – two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection (IM) 3-5 weeks apart with the second dose 2-4 weeks before breeding; gilts – two 2-mL doses via IM 3-5 weeks apart with the second dose as close as possible to 14 days prior to breeding. 10 DS, 50 DS Revaccination: One 2-mL IM before breeding. FluSure XP™ A respiratory vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine including pregnant sows and gilts, 3 weeks of age or older, as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by swine influenza virus subtypes H1N1 and H3N2. A duration of immunity of at least 10 weeks against SIV H3N2 has been demonstrated. Shake diluent before use. 50 DS Rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the accompanying liquid diluent. Administer two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection approximately 3 weeks apart. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived antibodies to SIV have declined. Storage: 2-7 °C; do not freeze. FluSure XP™ FarrowSure® GOLD B A respiratory/ reproductive combination vaccine For vaccination of healthy breeding swine, including pregnant sows and gilts, as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by SIV subtypes H1N1 and H3N2, reproductive failure caused by PPV, and disease caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Leptospira bratislava, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. A duration of immunity of at least 10 weeks, as demonstrated by a significant reduction in lung lesions, has been established against SIV H3N2. Indications and Directions for Use Available Formats Shake diluent before use. Aseptically rehydrate 50 DS the freeze-dried vaccine with the liquid bacterin provided, shake well, and administer 2 mL intramuscularly. Healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older should receive two 2-mL doses administered approximately 3 weeks apart. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived antibodies to SIV have declined. Semiannual revaccination with a single dose is recommended. Storage: 2-7 °C; do not freeze. LitterGuard® LT A vaccine for piglet scours For the vaccination of healthy pregnant sows and gilts for passive transfer of protective maternal antibodies to their pigs against neonatal diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli producing heat-labile toxin or having the K99, K88, 987P or F41 adherence factors. General directions: Shake well. Delivers 4 months duration of immunity. Shake well. For the vaccination of healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in preventing disease caused by E. rhusiopathiae for a period of 20 weeks following the second dose. Shake well. Available Formats 50 DS, Administer a single 2-mL dose via intramuscular 250 DS injection to pigs 3 weeks of age and older. The antidote is epinephrine. Storage: In the dark, 2-7 °C; do not freeze. Primary Vaccination: Administer a single 2-mL dose to pigs at approximately 1 week of age with a booster dose 2 weeks later. RespiSure-ONE® A respiratory vaccine RespiSure-ONE® /ER Bac PLUS® A respiratory and systemic combination vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine 1 day of age or older as an aid in reducing shedding and severity of colonization of and chronic pneumonia caused by M. hyopneumoniae. Duration of immunity in 1 day old pigs was not established. Duration of immunity of 25 weeks was demonstrated in one week old pigs. Shake well. For the vaccination of healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of erysipelas caused by E. rhusiopathiae for a period of 20 weeks and respiratory disease caused by M. hyopneumoniae for a period of 23 weeks. Vaccination of all pigs on the premise is recommended. Primary vaccination: 2-mL dose via intramuscular injection. 50 DS, 250 DS Revaccination: Semiannually. Resuspend lyophilized cake with the supplied diluent. Shake well. For oral use only. Dosage is based on number of pigs not weight of pigs. Dilute in skim milk or rehydrated non-medicated milk replacer and then administer 29.6 mL per 3.8 L of non-chlorinated drinking water. Provide 2 doses 2 weeks apart. Use at least one dose of vaccine per pig being vaccinated. For automatic medicators: Set to deliver 7.8 mL of stock solution per litre of water; prepare stock solution by dissolving the contents of one 150 g bottle with 11.7 litres of water. At the first sign of disease, administer medication at the recommended dosage as the sole source of drinking water for 4-7 days. An anti-infective Indications and Directions for Use Available Formats At the first sign of disease, administer medication 80 g at the following dosage as the sole source of drinking water and continue use until 5 days after the disappearance of bloody stools, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days. One packet of Lincomix soluble powder will medicate 960 litres of drinking water or 1 level scoop (4.7 g) per 55 litres of drinking water. 10 Medicated Feed Additives Storage: 15-25 °C. Albac✧ 110 P A medicated feed additive As an aid in the treatment of bacterial enteritis (scours, except coliform diarrhea).
