To set up your classes for testing,
click on the Class Administration
link or the Classes menu item.

If you are the teacher that will
be conducting testing with your
students, you may see a class
or classes already defined

you don’t, simply click on the
Create a New Class link and
enter a name, subject, grade
and an estimated number of
students.

correct the information.
If you are not the teacher that is
conducting the assessment but
you would like to have a “class”
set up

teachers), you should set up a
New Virtual Class. This allows
you to see the test results of
students who complete testing
under another teacher’s
supervision.
Once your class(es) are listed
on this screen,

appropriate class name to
assign students to the class.

Generating Test Access Codes

It is necessary for each teacher
that will conduct testing to
generate a class access code

on the day of the test. The test
code is only active for 8 hours.
To generate the access code,

assessment. Click on Proceed
to next step… button.

will be administering.

appears or print out the page. Your
students will all use this code to
access the testing

top or on the Reports link on the Welcome
page.

Navigate to the Thinklink Learning website
from the district’s home page (located under
the Parents & Students menu) or
http://www.thinklinklearning.com

begin the assessment.

code you generated earlier that day
for the test. Remember the access
code is only active for 8 hours.
Once the access code is entered

class and click on his/her own
name to begin the test.

click Next Page. To change an
answer selected on the page, the
student can click on reset answers.
