Our courses are based on the practical experience of experts. Knowledge from the day to day work to our training staff is
incorporated into the training courses on a continual basis.
This permits us to deal with the whole spectrum of your specific production problems and the equipment of the machines supplied
and to offer and provide these customer-specific training courses.

Preconditions:
The course description on the pages bevore provide information relating to aims, content and preconditions.
We recommend that you register your employees only for courses the preconditions of which they can meet.

We will immediately send you an appropriate quotation and reserve your desired or the next free training date. The date will be
reserved after receiving your written order. All unconfirmed trainings within 4 weeks before the planed date, will be used for other

Cancellation:
It is possible to cancel the confirmed training up to 4 weeks before the planed training. Otherwise the full amount will be invoiced.
Should it not be possible to hold a course due to unforeseeable circumstances on our part, you will be notified immediately and an
alternative date will be arranged with you.
Hotel:
We will gladly take over the reservation in a hotel near to us.
Language:
All trainings will be executed in German or English.
Any required interpreter services will be charged according to expense incurred.
Fees:
The current valid fees you get on request. Course fees cover the costs of training, training documentation, lunch and refreshments
for 4 participants. Travel expenses, daily allowance and costs of room and board must be paid by the participants.
