procedures, Deep Brain Stimulation, MRI, EMG/NCV
testing, non-opioid pain management, spinal injection
therapies, BOTOX treatments and joint injections.
OUR DOCTORS: Dr. Nizam Razack is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons, Diplomate of the
American Board of Neurological Surgery and Fellow
of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
He obtained his medical degree at The University of
New York at Buffalo and completed his Neurosurgical
Residency at The University of Miami. He went on to
obtain fellowships in Neuro-Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, and in Complex
Spine Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr.
Razack is board certified by The American Board of
Neurological Surgery. In 2013 Dr. Razack performed
the world’s first series of robotically implanted Deep
Brain Stimulators for Parkinson’s Disease. He continues to be involved in deep brain stimulation research,
developing patents on spatial temporal deep brain
stimulation with the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Diana Hussain earned her medical degree from one
of the top medical schools in Colombia, her home country, before completing an internship in General Surgery
and residency in Physical Medicine at the Mayo Clinic
in Rochester, MN. She is double board certified by The
American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and The American Board of Pain Medicine.
