Downlinked at Eutelsats earthstation, the signal was
forwared via Internet to TV1s ingest server. The
stream was transocded in the cloud for PCs and
mobile devices by TV1 and sent to the TV1 Content
Delivery Network (CDN).
The video player of ProSieben grabbed the streams
from the TV1 CDN. During 4,5 hours of LIVE broadcasting on the Website, approx. 95.000 hits were
generated.

With a SDI miniCASTER® on board, the car was able
to stream live in SD/HD quality. The SDI signal with
embedded audio was provided by the Alfacams HDOB Van, being reponsible for the broadcast production. Within only 12 minutes the stream was ON AIR
and sent to ProSiebens provider, TV1. The uplink was
booked with 2 Mbit/s at Eutelsat using Ka-Sat and was
highly relieable, altough it was raining heavily that day/
night.
